Casa Vilanova is situated on the outskirts of Sa Pobla and is a recently constructed, modern villa set on one level. The property has excellent furnishings and decor, being a modern and convenient property.

There is an open plan living /dining room, with a stone wall that is a stunning feature of the room. The living area has sofas that you'll sink into, as well as a smart TV for your use, perfect for accessing the internet as well as accessing channels and programs you're used to seeing.

There are large glass patio doors that lead out onto the well-furnished terrace, these doors bring in the light and paired with the lights in the building, they help make the room brighter and inviting. The high ceilings in this area help keep it cool in the summer months also, which is beneficial to the guests staying at the villa. There is an American style kitchen connected to the living and dining room, which is equipped with the necessary modern appliances.

There are three bedrooms, a double and two twin rooms. The double bedroom has an ensuite, and plenty of storage space for your clothing and items. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There is another bathroom, a shared shower room which similarly to the ensuite is a warm and inviting bathroom, where you can relax in the shower and indulge in the quiet.

When you exit through the large patio doors in the living area out onto the terrace, you'll find a BBQ for your use as well as a ping pong table and docking station for entertainment. With the private pool in addition to the other facilities, you have the ingredients for a fantastic evening with your guests.

The private pool is a lovely size surrounded by sun loungers for your use, and the garden itself is surrounded by open agricultural land. The villa is a place of peace and relaxation, and you'll be able to create the holiday you want here.

Location

The villa is situated in the countryside of Muro, in Sa Pobla. Muro is a small municipal in Mallorca, in the North-east. It's a small but beautiful town. With a car you have so much around you to do – whether it's a trip into Muro or a drive up north towards Alcudia and Pollenca, and then to the east is Inca.

There is no shortage of beautiful places to visit in Menorca, whether you want attractions, food, shopping or spas, there are countless things for you to do if you're able to or willing to travel.

You have the hydro park in Alcudia, perfect for the kids and the big kids in you, the shops, small local cafes and restaurants. In Pollenca, you can find plenty of history waiting for you!

From the Calvari steps to the Roman ruins and hints throughout the town and of course the world heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains. The famous Inca market waits for you in Inca as well as the Bodegas Munar where people fall in love with the wine and the food on offer!
