The villa has a really large yard where you can enjoy your holiday in your own peace. In the yard you can play billiards and ping pong or just rest on sun loungers under the blazing sun by a really large swimming pool. If it gets too hot dive into the refreshing water of the pool. If you get hungry, a great barbecue offers an opportunity to prepare delicacies and the covered terrace a comfortable shady dining space.

The tastefully furnished villa has a space of 120 square meters. It has a living room, a dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms.

The cozy living room has two comfortable sofas, a TV with several international channels and a great fireplace. The living room has exits for both the covered terrace and the pool. The room also has an elegant dining area for six people.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There are, among other things, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker etc. There is also a dining area for four in the kitchen.

The bedrooms are spacious. Two of them have a double bed and two twin beds. All in all, the villa has sleeping places for six adults and an additional bed for a baby.
