This is a new, architect-designed, detached, substantial, quiet and secure, privately -owned villa on its own landscaped grounds (one third of an acre) with an integral garage. This villa is finished to a high standard of luxury and is in the most prestigious urbanization (suburb) of large, private, detached villas in the Fuengirola area. It is approximately a 20-minute drive from Malaga airport and a 5-minute drive from the centre of Fuengirola and the main beaches, with easy access to all roads and motorways (autovias).
The villa is fully furnished with 3 large bedrooms; the main bedroom has a 5’ bed and is ensuite. Each of the other two bedrooms has twin beds and there is an adjacent bathroom. There is an extra toilet etc. off the entrance hall. The south-facing spacious lounge is equipped with satellite T.V. and the dining room with a large solid pine table and chairs. The solid pine fitted kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and microwave, fridge freezer etc. Top quality cream marble floors in lounge, dining room, stairways and hall; white tiled floors elsewhere.
Air-conditioned (Summer) / heated (Winter) bedrooms.
Solar-heated 9 metre private swimming pool; ample poolside furniture; mobile barbecue.
Alarm system; intercom to villa gates, telephone.
Uninterrupted views south and southwest overlooking Mijas golf course; other golf courses nearby e.g. La Cala and Alhaurin.
Quality linen and towels.

SECLUDED but not ISOLATED
The road into LA SIERREZUELA is not a through road!! All the villas are on mature gardens and sites of upto 1/2 acre-Villa Corrib is on a site of 1/3 acre and the garden has, like all the others, a profusion of flowers, shrubs and mature trees (bougainvillea of many colours, jacaranda, mimosa, palms (large and small), etc.

This was an extreamly well kept villa and exactly as described. The main town is only about 1.5 miles from the villa and an easy taxi ride, however there are local bars within walking distance.
The welcome on arrival was excellent and everything was left perfectly for us (including many items in the fridge to welcome us in).
The owner of this villa could not have been more helpful and even called mid-week to make sure everything was OK.
I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this region.
This property was in an excellent location. Brilliant vista from the villa/garden/pool. Not too far away from the busy city of Fungorilo or the airport but far enough away to be private, not overlooked by surrounding property, no noise from surrounding properties or airport. There was an excellent package of goodies on our arrival, best I have received in 25 years.. Superby equipped and v. clean and everything actually functioned. I actually couldnt fault it.We were looked after from start to finish, not only by the owner but by the managers, pool cleaning man/gardeners.
I am definitely going to look for one of the owners properties close by cos I know I will be looked after!
And.......we found a brilliant English restaurant about 5 mins away that served the most brilliant English/Spanish food at reasonable prices and it was v. fair prices and within drinking/driving distance. Brilliant. St. Brunos or something it was called.
I had a fantastic stay at the Villa Corrib, the villa was amazing, in a great location and even the fridge was well stocked. I would definitely return in the future.
