Villa Los Tablazos
A beautiful villa, 110 m2, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 3 bathrooms, A/C, internet Wi-Fi, pool, ping-pong table, petanque, BBQ, garden.
Nerja, its beaches and the famous vantage point Balcon de Europa are only 3.5 km away. The villa is easy to find, as the Malaga-Granada motorway is only one kilometre from the villa. Road noise cannot be heard at the villa.
The villa has recently been completely renovated and it is in a great condition.
There is a secure parking place for up to 3 cars. The villa has a large covered terrace, a big 9 x 4 meter private swimming pool with sunbeds and a nearby outside bathroom.
There is also a great barbecue and a covered outdoor kitchen with lots of cabinet space, a tap, sink and refrigerator. In this area you can prepare all sorts of delicious meals, if you don´t want to use the kitchen inside the villa. In the garden there are lots of places for sunbathing and relaxing. You can lay in sunbeds by the pool or sit by several furnished areas. The garden has beautiful flowers and plants, an extensive lawn and tiled area. We just created a sand pit to play petanque (Spanish version of bowls). There is also a ping-pong table.
The villa is on a single level and has a living space of 110 sq m. There is a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (150 x 200 cm) with direct access to an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds sharing the second bathroom. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and air conditioning to either cool or heat the rooms.
The villa's kitchen is fully equipped and it will fulfill the needs of every holidaymaker. There are a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, complete set of dishes, glasses, etc. The villa also has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
In winter, you can add logs to the wood-stove and relax on the comfortable sofas in the living room watching the large flat screen TV. We offer several satellite channels with international content. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The wall between kitchen and dining area is impressive. It is made of bricks; it has three arched openings and between them is a bar and stools. Several books/novels are also available in various languages.
Villa Los Tablazos is a really lovely villa in the countryside, yet close to the town of Nerja and Frigiliana. It is located in a quiet area surrounded by gardens and tree orchards, away from the noises of the city to not disturb your holiday. You can fully enjoy the villa and its large yard, but if you want you can drive to nearby towns (Nerja, Frigiliana, Maro, Competa) in few minutes. In this comfortable villa you will spend a holiday which you remember for a long time!
