Whether you want a family holiday, enjoy birdwatching or a you are a group of friends looking to play golf this is a beautiful villa that will tick all the right boxes. It is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful region and discovering the wealth of bird and wild life, gastronomy, history and culture that this region has to offer.
On arrival the villa appeared stunning but dirty, the property management company not servicing this well - the pool in very poor condition lots of loose and missing tiles - could easily cut feet, sharp plants hanging in the pool also a danger.
Sewer smelling bathrooms.
Dirty quilts and pillows.
Disgusting toilet brushes.
I was accused of leaving a pair of panties stuffed down the side of the sofa - they most definitely was not mine so god knows how long they had been there.
Chipped plates, bowls, glasses etc lots of bulbs not working -not what you expect for the enormous price being charged for this property.
Following a complaint from us the property management company fabricated a story of how we left property in a poor state - completely untrue - and the owner has now demanded £410 from us. In my opinion they are upset that we made a complaint. Revenge for us pointing out their failings!
Purple parrot are disrespectful to the owners blaming them for service not working and the owner blames purple parrot for the state of the villa on our arrival...pass the buck both ways.
We left the property cleaner than when we arrived!
Avoid any property managed by purple parrot.
Look at other properties available in the area at much cheaper prices.
The villa is dramatically overpriced and not value for money at all.
I have visited this area many times, it is quiet, not commercialised and very relaxing.

This is the first booking I have had for this Property through Villarenters All other guests have booked through Spain-holiday site and the majority of reviews are 4 to 5 star so any reader will understand that this review is very contradictory to all previous reviews. Which says a lot.
I am not going to go into a blow response to the renters accusations suffice to say most of them are either minor points or incorrect.
It was clear from before the guest arrived that she was going to be an awkward customer and it was even more clear on day 1 of her stay that she was looking for any excuse to get some money back and having failed to do so decided to put a negative review on the site.
Suffice to say her family left the property in a very dirty and poor state with damage that I have had to put right at cost. Villarenters have provided me with their security deposit to contribute to this cost.
I would urge any enquirer to look at the other site for a fair and balanced set of reviews
