Attractive, fair-sized two bedroom south facing 5th floor apartment, in a small private walled and gated secure development. Two south facing linked terraces which offer an open outdoor suburban aspect with some sea views and sun all day.

Ideally located to suit all tastes and interests within 10 minutes walk of Arroyo de mk la Miel town center which links directly to Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Malaga and the Airport via the excellent coastal train service. Two adjacent bus routes provide links to other popular local destinations and there is a taxi rank within 100 meters.

Local places of interest within a short walking distance include the sea front and coastal promenade, Paloma Park, Selwo Dolphinarium and Zoo, Tivoli World theme park and cable car to the summit of the local mountain, Arroyo de la Miel town with its local Spanish shops, bars and restaurants,

A longer walk or short taxi/bus ride takes you to Benalmadena Marina also served with many shopping, eating and drinking outlets and various boat trips including scheduled services to Fuengirola and Malaga.

Continuing to walk along the coastal promenade to the east brings in the once small fishing village of Carrihuella and further on to Torremolinos. Going to the west takes you past Torremuelle, Los Boliches and eventually on to Fuengirola.

Other places worth visiting within a short drive/taxi/bus ride include the largely unspoiled old towns of Benalmadena and Mijas plus the water park and crocodile park tourist attractions in Torremolinos.

Further afield, the outlying towns and cities of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Rhonda, Antequera, and Granada with its magnificent Alhambra Grand Palace offer a days out to suit most tastes. If you want to go further West, Gibraltar provides another popular venue, well served by many low cost tour operators.

The location is a bit ‘brits abroad ‘ but great if you want English breakfasts and meals etc. There are more Spanish restaurants not far away, especially in Arroyo where spent most evenings. A lovely apartment - with everything we needed! 5/5 Stayed Jul 2018 susannah s.Manchester UK This was a lovely two bedroom apartment - very clean and clearly well maintained! It is extremely well equipped with everything you will need, from a hairdryer and Iron to bat and ball games for the beach. (Ball games not allowed in the on site pool, which gives a very relaxing atmosphere around the pool!) The air conditioning is fantastic - as it was so hot in July, but the meter needs to be topped up regularly with 1 euros.The kitchen is fully equipped - and milk is always left in the fridge by the previous occupant. The pool area is great because it does not open at the metal gate until 11.00am... it's on a timer. So it means that no one can get in and put towels out on beds really early!! People simply queued at the gate at 10.55am... to get one of the 10 free sunbeds. To be honest though, there were only approx 6 families around the pool each day, so we shared the sunbeds out and it was never busy. The pool was lovely, well maintained by the Caretaker/Gardener guy, along with the toilet block, but he only does this Mon-Fri, so I would avoid the toilet block by the pool at weekends! The apartment is only a few feet away from bars/restaurants (by the green tree in the picture.) Also, the busiest and most popular place to go at the moment is Bonanza square - just after the tree, heaving with people every night! Very handy not to need to get taxis every night! Excellent apartment already calling me back 5/5 Stayed Sep 2017 Don A. My wife and myself were impressed by this apartment particularly as the lift stopped outside the front door. She has some walking difficulties. It had everything needed, a brilliant shower room, comfortable beds, a kitchen lacking nothing. A good location 4 minutes from Bonanza Square and the bars and restaurants. Bus service regularly running to Mijas - Benalmadena Marina - Torremolinos. A 10 minute walk to the prom gets busses to Marbella- Fuengirola - or Malaga and more bars and restaurants. Already booked again 5/5 Stayed Aug 2017 Dave M. Communication with Martin is very prompt and a comprehensive arrival guide is sent well before you go on holiday. The local manager Carol let us in and after a brief guide left us to our own devices to get on with our holiday. The apartment itself is deceptively large. When you step into the hall rooms go off in all directions. Plenty of elbow room in the large bedrooms and loads of storage. The star of the show is definitely the pool area. We spent every afternoon here in the beautiful gardens with a cracking pool. Never overly busy but a good friendly mix of families, younger couples and older folk like us, both British and Spanish. Plenty of free sun loungers and garden chairs/tables for everyone. The apartment is really handy for everything and ideally sits 2 minutes from Bonanza Sq and 5-10 minutes from Arroyo (depending how fit you are). Would I book again? Already have, twice! Fabulous spacious apartment 5/5 Stayed Jul 2017 DebSleaford We stayed here 10 July for 23 nights at a very reasonable price for the Summer. We loved the apartment. It was a great size and very comfortable. Offering everything you needed for your stay. It was in a great position, close to Bonanza and Ibensa Square as well as a short walk up to Arroyo and the train station. The balcony was nice, although a bit of a squeeze for more than 2 to sit at the table comfortably, as the balcony was long and narrow, but wasn't really an issue as there was another table and two chairs to sit at by the bedroom doors. It was nice to have shade in the morning, with some sun coming onto the balcony in the afternoon. It actually kept the apartment fairly cool when having the kitchen and bathroom windows open too, so didn't always need the aircon on which was operated by a meter. There was a great supply of both bath and beach towels, which saved us bringing our own as we only had hand luggage. My boys aged 16 and 10 loved the TV and the fact there was Kodi I believe, so they could watch films and their beloved YouTube lol. (I understand you can use Sky if you bring your own viewing card) The pool area was very nice and private and never too busy. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay close to Bonanza and Ibensa Square. We will definitely be booking again when we next visit Benalmadena. The apartment was well presented, clean with everything we needed for our weeks stay in Benelmadena. 5/5 Stayed Nov 2016 Sandra D. The apartment was in an ideal area, close to rail station and bus stop which suited us as we did not hire car and used local transport to visit other places. If we return again to this area we will definitely try to book this apartment. We had our flight delayed by over three hours and felt sorry for Carol who had to meet us after midnight with the keys. So many thanks Carol for that. There are lots of nice places to eat within five ten minutes walk. Only thing I would say is it would have been nice if there had been milk in the fridge as at one in the morning I would have loved a cuppa without having to go out to a pub but overall great apartment and holiday. Home from Home 5/5 Stayed Sep 2016 JENNIFER S. Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay, its a lovely clean spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, every pot and pan you could wish for and all the extra bits you would have in your own kitchen. The lounge is very comfy, 2 nice settees, coffe tables and dining table and chairs, lots of lamps and low lighting also very bright and airey, the sun is on the balcony most of the day, television with UK programmes and also music and dvd's. The area around the apartment (Bonanza Square, Ibenza Square are the main eating/drinking areas) is full of bars/cafes/restaurants which are very competitive, lots to see and do, walk/taxi down to the promenade/beach and theres even more to do, jump on a bus and go to the other resorts, walk/taxi up to Arroyo Del La Miel and jump on a train, I am sure you will enjoy your holiday here. Great place 5/5 Stayed Jul 2016 Sally C. Great place to stay no car needed lots to do in walking distance. The apartment is super plenty of room and very comfortable. The place has many bars and restaurants to visit ranging from €1 a pint. Just a walk up from the beautiful marina which is worth a visit in the evening. I would recommend stay at the apartment. Great apartment, clean and tidy upon arrival, air conditioning was very useful, it has everything you need whilst on holiday, nice pool area, we recommended this to friends too.
