Apartment overview - owner's description

New penthouse now available in this family friendly urbanisation. This property has a very tasteful decoration. lots of warm colors and very comfortable seating area in the lounge. A fully fitted kitchen off the dining area with dishwasher and absolutely gorgeous sea views from the lounge. On the main floor there is a nice dining table to sit at for 6 to 8 people. From the lounge there are stairs that go to the first floor. Here you will find 3 bedrooms. On your left - South facing, you find the master bedroom en-suite with hydro massage 3 piece bathroom, this bedroom also has got a terrace to enjoy the morning sun and from this bedroom you can walk up the spiral stairs to a marvellous sunroof with lounge area - seating for two to enjoy views and a glass of champagne or relax in the funky looking lounge corner in the shade or in the sun. On the second level there is another family bathroom with walk-in rain shower. One bedroom with bunk beds where max 4 kids can sleep and the third bedroom is another master bedroom with a king-size bed, nice space - mountain views and a good built in closet. Within this urbanisation you will find lots of extras such as a gym, sauna, social room with ping pong table, big outside communal swimming pool and a children's playground. There is a direct access from the urbanisation towards the beach - about 6 minute walk.

This property is ideally situated on the seafront on the east side of Estepona within a new development called Playa del Angel. The beach is about 6 minutes walk from the apartment, through the grounds of the complex. Within 10 minutes walk you´ll find yourself in the charming old town of Estepona with its traditional cobbled streets covered in hanging geraniums, bougainvilleas and colourful pots. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Look out especially for Calle Real with its café terraces. Estepona also has its own sports harbour with lots of yachts and more bars and restaurants. Lovely to walk around, sit and people watch. Looking further afield, you’ll find Marbella and the famous resort of Puerto Banus, with its high-end shopping and night life - here you can drive or take a bus, it will take about 30 minutes, we definitely recommend our excursions to discover Africa or visit the monkeys in Gibraltar.

You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
