This lovely and tastefully decorated, fully air conditioned, three bedroom penthouse is only a short walk to Estepona town. Plenty of warm colours and comfortable seating area in the lounge with absolutely gorgeous sea views along with a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection and international TV including Sky. A fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons is just next to the lounge. On the main floor there is a dining table for up to six guests and from the lounge there are stairs that go to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms. An en-suite master bedroom with hydro massage three piece bathroom and a king size bed with access to the balcony and roof terrace via a spiral staircase with another lounge area. A family bathroom with walk-in shower shared with the two remaining bedrooms with two single beds and a king size bed. Within the community you will find the swimming pool and also a children's play area with swings and climbing frames. There is also a community gym with some weight machines and cardio equipment and during the summer months, there is a cafe bar on site in the urbanisation. The apartment provides a private parking space in a communal underground garage and there is also plenty of street parking around the complex.
This comfortable, modern, air conditioned apartment is located on Playa del Angel beach, appoximately 80 meters from the sea. It is close to Carrefour supermarket and some restaurants and cafes around it. There are also bus stops and taxi ranks close by. Within a 10 minute walk you can be in the centre of Estepona town with its night life, shopping streets and traditional Spanish charm. A bit further on is the marina of Estepona with its pleasure boats, more restaurants and cafes - ideal for people watching! Estepona is located about a 15 minute drive from Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus. Also, in easy reach by car are the cities of Seville, Granada and Jerez de la Frontera. A 30 minute drive will get you to Gibraltar.

You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
