Our villa is located in the Okçular only 10 minutes away from Dalyan center. It is new built and equipped with all the necessary amenities for our guests. The living room has an open kitchen concept. The villa has 3 bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms having a double bed and an en-suite bathroom each. Villa is close to Ortaca - Dalyan Road. A public bus passes the road every 15 minutes. You can go to Dalyan center and restaurants by using the minibus. If you don't want to rent a car, taking a taxi is not costly either.

Dalyan is a conservation area renowned for its natural beauty, stork nesting and for the loggerhead turtles which nest on the nearby Iztuzu beach (20 minutes by local bus, 35 minutes by boat from the centre of the town).
