This newly constructed seaside villa has four beautiful bedrooms with en suite bathrooms that can hold up to 10 guests.
The striking layout makes excellent use of glass walls to let natural light fill the villa and maximize the expansive views of the Adriatic.

The outdoor area has a sun deck with 8 lounge chairs beside the pool, lovely seating and dining places, and a BBQ.
The 33 square meter heated pool is close to a lovely hot tub that has a direct view of the ocean.
There's virtually no way to get much closer to the lovely, family-friendly sand beach.

Once inside, you'll discover a spacious living room with a dining table that seats six, a flat-screen TV, and a seating space, as well as a well equipped kitchen with an island, a sizable fridge freezer, and all the appliances you could possibly need.
