The villa comprises the main house and two more independent homes, each having a bedroom, bathroom, sitting space, and kitchenette.
This house is perfect for several families travelling together because the accommodations are distributed across three buildings. Older teens or grandparents might also enjoy the privacy of a separate structure.
The spacious yard or the large kitchen diner make ideal community spaces when you want to gather as a group.
This house has a gorgeous garden with more than a hectare of the area covered in palm trees and other lush vegetation. A giant saltwater pool with a hydromassage section, a gym with exercise equipment, massage beds, and chromotherapy showers, and other places to lounge and unwind, such as the covered dining area, are also available.
If you want a greater perspective of the sea, climb up to the main house's roof terrace and relax in the rooftop jacuzzi while taking in the expansive sea views!
Even though the property is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood on the ocean, various services and attractions are close by.
White sand beaches and a lido with beach bars and diners are just five minutes along the coast from the neighbouring village with stores, cafes, and restaurants.
The larger port town Trapani is a fifteen-minute drive from the estate.
This is a great destination to come and roam around the meandering streets and squares because it has an old town full of Renaissance and Baroque architecture.
The 13th-century Convent and Church of San Domenico, Trapani Cathedral, and the 18th-century Cavarretta Palace are a few mediaeval structures you may see in this area.
Along with a rich history and beautiful architecture, Trapani also has delicious food, including a seafood market where you can buy fish harvested nearby.
Take the hydrofoil or a small private boat out to one of the three main islands to view the Egadi islands, which are visible from the property.
These vessels leave Trapani. Erice's lovely, well-known hilltop village is also nearby; it is only 30 minutes by car from the villa. It is also only 15 minutes by vehicle to the ancient Salt Lagoons and Museum at Nubia, which are highly recommended.
