Luxury villa Magnolia is part of a complex of luxury villas and can also be booked with another identical luxury villa, villa Iris, which makes it a perfect choice for larger groups. The villa covers 192 m2 of living area, divided on ground and first floor levels. Carefully designed interior rich with warm tones and luxurious furnishings creates the ambience of a comfortable luxury home where every guest feels welcome. Villa Magnolia has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 half-bath and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons.

Ground floor consists of a spacious open concept living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, laundry room and 1 half-bath. Ground floor has access to a covered terrace with an outdoor table where guests can dine al fresco while enjoying the view of the pool, garden and the Mediterranean surroundings.

The outdoor area consists of a charming Mediterranean garden and a heated outdoor pool (20 m2) surrounded with sun loungers where guests can spend their day sunbathing while enjoying the beautiful view of the bay.
