The apartment sits within Hesketh Crescent, a remarkably well preserved Regency Crescent perched above Meadfoot Bay in Torquay. This leafy area is just a short drive from the harbour and town centre and provides guests with a peaceful and relaxing break on The English Riviera. The apartment is just a stone's throw from one of Agatha Christie's favourite beaches and one that now has a beach cafe that opens all year round.

The apartment itself is on the first floor of the building and sits at the back so although it doesn't have any sea views it is wonderfully quiet and private and because it has dual aspect windows it is also remarkably light and bright. It consists of a living space with sofa and foot stool - perfect for nights in front of the TV after a busy day exploring the English Riviera. There is also a dining area. The apartment has a newly refitted kitchen with a full set of appliances including full sized fridge /freezer, hob, oven and microwave plus washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartment has a good sized bedroom with a luxury king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width). There is plenty of storage with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a compact but very well designed bathroom which has a bath with a shower over plus a basin and toilet.

The apartment has its own allocated parking space at the rear of the crescent.
