Our luxurious 3-bed family lodge offers a master bedroom with double bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite. There are an additional 2 twin rooms and a bathroom with shower . There is ample hanging and draw space in each bedroom.

Our lodge is fully central heated and double glazed plus additional fire surround in the lounge.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is everything you would need to make your stay feel like “home from home”.

The dining table seats 6 comfortably.

Our lounge consists of 2 very comfy sofas (one can also be used as a fold out bed), 42 "Smart TV with built in DVD

Bedding is provided.

No matter what type of break you are looking for, we provide it, be it, total relaxation or keeping busy with various activities....we have it all in the Cotswolds!

Guests have access to the entire lodge.

The Cotswold Hoburne park has lots of great facilities. We have included in your booking a £50 resort fee that allows access to the complex.

In the clubhouse there is an indoor pool , outdoor pool (May - October), sports bar showing sporting events, cafe, bistro, evening entertainment, soft play, a small arcade, crazy golf (Extra fee applies), pedalos on the lake (Extra fee applies), a man made beach to paddle in.

The fishing is great. Its course fishing, mainly large carp with a few tench. Fishing is on a first come first served basis and you can fish all of the 3 lakes on site.

Use of the gym is free of charge, however you need to complete an assessment form available from reception.
