This basement suite offers two bedrooms with a double bed in each room, a full bathroom with clean towels, shampoo, and soap.

The guest suite comes with a Samsung Smart laundry washer and dryer at No Extra Cost.

It has a kitchenette equipped with a KEURIG coffee maker, tea kettle, and complementary Kirkland dark roast coffee.

The living room has a Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Streaming.

Guests will have access to a private entrance with a lockbox located on the rails leading to the basement.

The neighborhood is family-friendly and convenient—just off of the Anthony Henday ring road making it very easy to get around the city especially the airport and the famous West Edmonton Mall (WEM), which is only 20 minutes away from Karibu Oasis!
