This luxury villa with private swimming pool is just minutes away from Pattaya with it's shopping centers, good restaurants, wonderful nightlife and beautiful beaches.

Its not easy to find a villa closer to the center than Villa Waree, in about 5 minutes (scooter) you will be at the beach or in the city of Pattaya with his "Walking street" and "Soi LK Metro" for a great night out, also for good restaurants, bars and amazing shopping centers is this the best location to start your holiday.

Villa Waree has a big private swimming pool, a green tropical garden with palm trees and beautiful flowers.The villa is located on a compound with night surveillance

From the living room you walk through the sliding doors to the terrace (70 m2) where you find a private swimming pool and beautiful garden, with sunbeds and beach chairs for a relaxed stay.
There is a BBQ by the terrace so you and your friends can enjoy a nice evening together.

The living has a seating area with a flat-screen TV, big dining area, fully Air-conditioned with ceiling fans. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences such as a refrigerator, freezer, hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine.

There are 6 bedrooms: 5 bedrooms with double beds and 1 Bedroom with 2 beds.
All the bathrooms have a hairdryer.

On arrival
On arrival the beds will be made, 4 towels will be provided on each room and we will welcome you at the Villa to give you the keys and all the information. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with FREE cold soft drinks and bottles drinking water.

Daily Cleaning
We have a daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you. After 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.

At the Villa you will find a information map about restaurant, bars, golf, supermarkets, tours and atractions in and around pattaya.

The Neighborhood
The estate is located in the heart of Pattaya, close to the beaches, city center and Walking Street.
In the area you find 7-Eleven supermarkets, good restaurants and nice pubs / bars for a cold drink and good food. Also for Thai fish restaurants or local markets with fresh food your on the right place.
On the compound / village we have a nightly security for your safety.

Private Taxi service
The Villa has a private taxi service, our driver will pick you up at the Villa and bring you to the beach, City, Supermarket, restaurants or other places you like to go, all prices for this service are in the information map at the Villa for you.

On request we can provide scooters, they will be ready at the house when you arrival, we work with a local company that provide good bikes.

Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge by normal usage.

After the booking we will send you a separate agreement with more details about the Villa, and also the route to the house.

During your stay you can contact us 24/7, we are always there to help you when there are any problems.

Night life
For the best nightlife have a look at the Famous Walking Street and Soi LK Metro just a few minutes away from the Villa.

In Pattaya you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours, just for a few baht you can go from South to North Pattaya or Jomtien ( price depending on the distance between 10 and 20 baht P.P.)

We have a taxi service to pick you up from the Airport or Bangkok city, cost depending on how many people, send us a request and we will send you the prices.
