The house has an interior Canarian Patio with many potted plants, a porch at the entrance and on one of the side wall which divides the house into two areas. On one side is the kitchen-dining area and bathroom. On the other side, an area with a sloping roof where there are two bedrooms and the living room and one lounge as well as all the general service areas. It has an exterior patio measuring one hundred square metres with an area for the barbecue and a wood-fired oven or bread oven..
