Rosemary has a terrace in the front facing the sea and a very pretty little garden with many flowers giving shada in the morning It also has a big balcony in the back facing Agios Nikitas,its bay and hills.It lies on the top of a hill giving magnificent views all around.Also there is a nice pool we used a lot.The a partment has a good layout and is ncely decorated.Agios Nikitas is very busy so we loved our retreat up in the hill giving peace and quiet.Thank you to our warm and friendly host for making us feel so welcome.

Excelent location.
Apartment is new,very well equipped and ideal for families.All around the villa you have flowers and trees,you can just imagine the smell.It has a terrace with a wonderfull sea view.There are few villas here so the place is private and quiet.
I TOTALLY LOVE IT and RECOMMEND!!!

Tout: excellent accueil des proprietaires,un appartment tres fonctionnelparfaitement propre et tres bien place face a la mer en hauteur.Une piscine tres sympa.Je recommande a tous les amoureux de la nature.

The best view in Agios  Nikitas.
Great Location if you stay in Agios  Nikitas,the view is breathless.The apartment is very comfortable,clean,spacious with a very nice terracy where we had dinners.We stayed
there for 10 days with my son of 3 years that enjoyed the swimming pool,without chlorum.I recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Lefkada.

Situated on a hill over the village of Agios  Nikitas offers you spectacular view to the bay of Ag. Nikitas ,Pefkoulia beach and the green hills.We also enjoyed the little green garden around the house and the clean swimming pool.The owners are a friendly couple,who try to help you with every eventual need and look after the property perfectly.Everything in good condition and clean.We already spent 4 holodays there and we are looking forward to stay there again next year.
