New, tastefully decorated villa. Lots of privacy. Very clean with everything a person could wish for on vacation. Very friendly owners who immediately responded to the least and with whom we had a nice evening. Supermarket about 5 minutes away. More than enough (pool) towels available. For us a place to come back.

Immaculate Home in a Lovely Development
 
Property is absolutely as seen in pictures. The home is absolutely immaculate and well maintained. The area is quiet and very conducive to a restful vacation. Some folks might question if the property is located a bit far from the various theme parks. I think it is the perfect distance. After a tiring day of crowds it is so relaxing to come back to a peaceful and quiet area. A new grocery store has opened less than a mile from the home. Great restaurants are only a few minutes away. We always like to visit Celebration restaurants when we are in this area. Thanks so much for a very nice stay.

Overall the stay was excellent. The home was very clean and the description was spot on. Plenty of towels and linens everything was in good working order and the layout of the place is great. Having a stand alone hot tub is great and makes it actually usable in the winter months. We would absolutely come back again.

Great home for a large group

We had the max amount of occupants with my in-laws all staying here for a few days over New Year's and it was a great stay. The house is beautiful and looks just like the pictures and was very clean. There was a high chair and pack n' play with a sheet for the the toddler with us. Being from Minnesota, everyone loved being able to use the pool and hot tub in December. 

With two family rooms and two game rooms, there was plenty of space for everyone and lots to do at the house (we checked out the community clubhouse and pool too). There is a Publix grocery store, gas station, and Burger King right down the street, which was very convenient. They start you off with a roll of toilet paper per room, paper towels, and a load of dishwasher and laundry soap. For a large group or long stay, you will want to pick up some additional hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc. The area is still being developed, so you have to go a bit further to find restaurants. Disney is very close and Universal is about 40 minutes in medium- high traffic. 

The check-in should have been very easy (they email you the gate code to scan into the community which was super convenient rather than checking in with the guard every time and the code to get into the door- it is nice to not have to keep up with house keys during the stay) but the door code didn't work the first day upon our arrival. They gave us a different code that worked and then the first code they have us started working the 2nd day of our stay. FYI- the a/c is set to where the lowest temperature you can do is 74 and auto-resets to 80 every few hours. This may or may not matter to you based on preference but on the warmer days the upstairs got very warm since it is such a large house. I can imagine during the very hot summers it might get pretty stuffy. Every room including the family room upstairs has a ceiling fan which was very nice to have. Overall everyone aged 2-62 really enjoyed the house.

Awesome Christmas Vacation 2019
  
This is our tenth year renting with VRBO and this home by far is one of the best we have rented. The online pictures are a very accurate representation of the home. Great care has been taken in amenities for the home. The bedding is ultra comfortable. The kitchen is greatly stocked with ample dishes, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The games room is phenomenal for kids/teens. The second game room in the garage made for an excellent hangout for the older teens. The loft upstairs was a very nice retreat to take in a movie in the evening. The outside deck is very spacious with ample seating for coffee and conversation. The spa and heated pool was the perfect touch. The neighborhood is more residential than resort which made for a very nice quiet week of relaxation. Tanya was very responsive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We are looking forward to booking this home again if it is available on our next trip.

Beautiful and well equipped house!!!

Love love love this house! Everything as shown in the pictures. Kids went crazy with game rooms and huge loft! Lots of nice decorations and feature throughout the house. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub(wish it has more light outside at night though).We had a hiccup with management over having more people than agreed but it was resolved fast and nicely! Highly recommended! We look forward to book it again in the future!

Where do I start with this villa. We have been to Orlando more times than I can count and stayed in every type of villa in every community and this is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in for a number of reasons. We had originally booked a different villa through a different website and when we arrived we were horrified at the state of it. It was so bad that we instantly started looking for somewhere else to stay. What could have been a nightmare worked out well because luckily for us this villa had just been put on the market.

The pictures are lovely but even they don’t do the villa justice. It is modern and beautiful and no expense has been spared to make it perfect. The view from the pool area was unbelievable. It’s not overlooked by anyone else like most villas. The hot tub is massive. The villa is much larger than it seems on the pictures. 

There are 2 full living rooms. One of the children’s rooms actually has 2 small double beds not 2 singles. We kept thinking we had found the master bedroom as the rooms (and their adjoining bathrooms/walk in wardrobes) got bigger and bigger as we explored the house but each time we found an even bigger room. The master is unbelievably huge and beautifully decorated. The whole villa is light and spacious. There is a games room in the garage as you often get in villas and we rarely use but then there is another games room in the actual house. We were 4 adults but we used the arcade machine a lot. It’s perfectly positioned near the front door to sneak in a game or 2 while waiting for people to get their sun cream on etc. It had every retro arcade game we could think of. There was also a huge TV with 2 gaming seats set up with a new PlayStation and a huge TV across with 2 gaming seats set up with a new xbox. I could go on all day about this villa and how lovely it is. We did have a problem with the plumbing while there which didn’t inconvenience us at all yet the owner still sent us a voucher for a meal out which we were so touched by. 

The owner is very approachable,helpful and friendly, I’ll actually miss talking to her. The management company are equally as lovely. We had stayed in a previous villa managed by Chris and you will be well looked after. Thank you Tanya and Chris for making our holiday so amazing. We will be back. Toyah and family x
