Perfect villa for 3 couples! Loved the pool and rooftop jacuzzi! Everything was spotless and they provided beach towels which were a nice touch! We never felt unsafe in Langosta or Tamarindo but the Villa made you feel extra safe with gate attendants and cameras. Loved staying here!

Great Villa for Families in Playa Langosta

We (family of 5 with 3 teenage kids) really enjoyed our stay at The Courtyards #7. The property offers all of the benefits of being close to Tamarindo (restaurants/shopping/beach/etc) without the hassle, noise and congestion of being in town.

The villa was exactly as described and both the owner and property management team could not have been more accomodating and helpful. From the beginning, Frank the owner, was engaging and very helpful in our understanding of the property and amenities. Further, he quickly connected me to the RPM Property Management team that really took the hassle out of our travels: They arranged private car service pick-up/drop-off from LIR; assisted with dinner reservations; activity reservations for kids and family (ATVs/Surfing lessons/fishing charters/Sailing/etc). Lola &amp; Joseph from RPM were truly terrific!!! Moreover, they were quick to respond &amp; resolve the little things involved with the unit during our stay.

I would definitely return to the Courtyards in Playa Langosta and would definitely recommend this property to any other traveler that is looking for a quiet sanctuary in Langosta with all of the amenities of a 4-star hotel.
