I have lived in this part of Spain for the past 15 years, but have owned property here since 1999. My children attended school in Sotogrande, and we run a real estate company. We like to make sure our holiday guests have a great time so are on hand to give advice about everything from restaurants to beaches, and golf courses to finding the best places to go shopping. We built this villa in La Paloma De Manilva because of the fantastic views and its proximity to unspoilt beaches whist still only being a few minutes drive away from the lively marinas of Puerto De La Duquesa and Sotogrande. We also like to eat at the chiringuitos ( beach restaurant/bars ) which are dotted all along the wide sandy beaches. Another great thing about the area is the number a day trips which can be made to places like Marbella, Sevilla, Tarifa, Gibraltar and even Morocco. One nice thing is that this villa is my home for 10 months of the year so it is always kept in excellent condition with a luxury kitchen, 500mb download internet with WIFI throughout, Smart TVs with internet TV and so on. Finally we are both available at any point for help and assistance to ensure your stay with us is perfect.
