We made a last minute booking at this villa. The owner's communication was consistent and helpful. Locating the property wasn't too bad the family did 'share location' to help each other. Location is semi rural and you do get best of both worlds because beach/town is not too far away. Location of villa gives you access to Dalyan, Dalaman, Fatiye and Göcek. The photos actually don't give the true beauty of the place. Amazing views if mountains and no properties overlooking. We put an order for fresh bread, olives and honey that was delivered by owners family which was enjoyed by everyone throughout the day. When we were scanning other villas the prices went up as we added guests... For this villa the price didn't change which was another plus point. Owner allowed complimentary stay for one member of our family who booked for only a short stay so this was another plus point. We received helpful links to outings nearby which we tried and loved. Toll charge was 15 Turkish liras. There are woods nearby where you can take a stroll. Villa is well equipped comfortable setting. Pool size is great. We booked for a family of 10. The sofa does turn into a (good size) sofa bed. It's a gated property which can park several cars. Beautiful views and the ideal place to pause and absorb nature. We would definitely return.

We spent 2 weeks during August 2019 and had a wonderful time there. The owner of the villa has thought carefully about the needs of its guests. She was extremely prompt and helpful with any questions or queries we had about the area. Set your alarm for sunrise - you won’t be disappointed!!
