Fabulous villa.  Lots of space - far bigger than we expected &amp; very well equipped.
Really needs air con upstairs, the bedrooms and play room up stairs were unbearably hot!
The house would benefit from a user manual containing info on how to use washing machine, hob, where local facilities are etc

We booked this Villa as a large family group, 17 of us, all parents with kids (from 3 to 16). Firstly, the letting agent were excellent to deal with. We were due to get the keys at 5pm, but they helped us out and we got the keys at midday. From start to finish we had no hassle from them
When we got to the villa we were delighted with how big and spacious it was. Huge bedroom, big communal spaces, huge garden etc. With 17 of us, we were worried we might get a bit claustrophobic, but no such worried. We had ample space for all the adults and kids.
There are a lot of warnings about being 'quiet and respect the neighbours' we are all 'older' adults so we weren't having parties etc, but on the 2nd night 5 Police arrived to advise if to keep the noise down. I can be very sure we we were not making much noise, just chatting in the garden about 11pm (we have young kids in the party). i actually think they just used it as a way to check out who was staying there etc - but just be sure you are not booking this expecting to be having pool parties all night!!! The police were fine and we had no other visits, but it did unnerve us a bit.
The location is fine, it's 15 mins straight walk to the main marina area and a couple of nice beaches. There a bigger beach is 20-25 mins as it's the far side of the marina. There's a lidl and another large supermarket within 3 minutes in a car, 10 min walk. I would recommend a car as initially you will be buying heavy items like water (and maybe beer :-) but it's an easy flat walk around the area.
The wifi was perfect, all the kids streaming movies and you tube, adults streaming Love Island :-( - all with no issues etc.

The pool was fine, the filter was a bit dodgey initially, but we never even noticed and it was fixed as soon as the handyman came and noticed. 
I've done the Villa thing now 5 times and this was by far the best. But overall, i'm a bit worried about telling everyone how great the experience was in this villa , in case I drive the price up and I can't get it next year!!!!
