Lovely property/villa on a new complex, quiet, peaceful, very secure with gates at the entrance and security guards.  The villa was beautiful, very spacious with 3 large bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom could probably fit 4 or 5 people as it is so big! There is an en suite and dressing area in the master bedroom.  The property is kitted out with AC in each room. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owner very kindly organised for the housekeeper to buy some bread, eggs, coffee and milk before our arrival. Great communication with the owner who was really helpful.  The backyard/back garden has banana trees, plantain tree, June plums and sugar cane.  Good value for money too.  Close to Ocho Rios, and only a 5/10 mins drive. Close to Dunn's River falls, mystic mountain, dolphin Cove, and the beach so perfect location.  Lovely pool on the complex &amp; gym, swings for the kids. A really pleasant stay. I would recommend to anyone and stay there again.

The house was clean, modern and filled with everything you'd need while in vacation.  the host left us beer in the refrigerator, which was a very kind gesture.  Also, he was readily available to answer all of my questions.  Everything went as planned! I will book with him again and I would recommend his property to anyone looking for a great house to rent in Jamaica.

Vicky is a great hostess and Debbie (her person on the ground) was very helpful in settling us in.  The space is clean and the amenities were good.  My children especially loved the pool and feeling safe in a community with regular people in a comfortable space.  Definitely will be back when next in Jamaica.

Vicky's house was outstanding.  Everything that you need in a home away from home was there which was very helpful.  Its very close to the town of Ocho Rios.  I would definitely stay here again.
