A beautiful, secluded property perfect for a get away from it all peaceful break. Ideally situated close to the beach but countryside all around. A character cottage with all modern conveniences including Netflix. The grounds are extensive with quality sun loungers, dining area and sofas for early morning tea. I can’t recommend this property enough.

Idyllic little cottage for two!
Avlaki Cottage is just perfect. Its so peaceful being set so close to the beach and a  taverna what more could you ask for ?  The cottage has everything you need , we found we hardly used our car at all this year as we enjoyed walking so much and the wild flowers were wonderful.

Lovely property. Everything top quality and kept spotlessly clean. Would liked to have booked for next year, but sadly booked for the weeks I wanted. Would definatley recommend this cottage. Janet

Stunning Avlaki Cottage.
We had a really wonderful stay at Avlaki Cottage. Nikos the owner was there to welcome us with a warm handshake and some local guidance. The cottage is well equipped and furnished to high standard and was immaculately clean on takeover and cleaned mid week too. The pool is cleaned regularly and the whole place was stunning, including the long driveway through the olive trees. It is situated a hundred yards or so some stunning Avlaki Beach and the taverna. Would definitely recommend.

Great property
Fantastic little villa. Perfect situation and great facilities. Large grounds and easy walk to the beach. Comfy beds, air conditioning and clean efficient kitchen. Villa was spotless. Ideal for a couple.

Geschmackvolles Cottage ideal zum entspannen in schöner Umgebung
Eine Unterkunft ,die keine Wünsche offen lässt ,vorausgesetzt man sucht Ruhe und Erholung zu zweit ! Das weitläufige Grundstück mit den alten Olivenbäumen ,der gepflegte Pool mit bequemen Liegen ,die diversen Sitzplätze , das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus mit allem ,was man braucht , die Nähe zum Strand und der sehr zu empfehlenden Taverne ,Cavo Barbaro‘,nicht zuletzt die sehr nette Reinigungskraft,die für frische Handtücher und Sauberkeit sorgt.....all das trägt zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen bei ! Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder ,

A secluded treasure
Perfect for a couple who value peace and privacy. Everything you need in a small villa; loved the a large garden with pool. Clean and well designed.In walking distance of the beach with excellent tavernas. Efficient and friendly cleaner.

Excellent . Can't recommend enough !
Do stay here. Great appliances in villa. All new , all working . Nice quiet a.c. for bedroom and downstairs. Pool great, Nice and private. Cleaning and room service frequent and brilliant. Friendly, great service - can't recommend enough. Then of course you are only 3 mins slow walk from beach which is not busy, Nice and relaxed . 2 good taverns. But we used can cavo Barbaro all the time. We had a lovely stay here . NIKOS Super market - at the end of the road 2 miles away was great. Stay at avlaki villa. You will not regret it.

Stunning cottage that exceeded our expectations
Set at the end of a long driveway the cottage is deceivingly big on the inside. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you are likely to need. It is clean bright and very homely. Outside there are three different seating areas round a lovely pool. It is a peaceful and private location ideal for relaxation. Just a minute walk to the beach and a choice of two tavernas. If you want more then this the next town is only 7 euros in a taxi. Would recommend the cottage one of our best choices to date.

Beautiful, modern, every home comfort you could wish for.
Loved the cottage inside &amp; out. Enjoyed the privacy and the extensive outdoor space to swim, barbeque, &amp; chill. Never wanted to leave but when you did had the beautiful Avalaki beach a short stroll away. Can't wait to go back.
