Owners Direct 5* - Very clean, beautiful area with stunning views. Well equipped. Couldn't ask for more. My partner and I were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful villa for our 10 day holiday to kalkan. We were both amazed when we arrived at just how beautiful it was. Very spacious and clean and comes equipped with everything you need to feel at home on your holiday. The views from the villa are simply breathtaking and we enjoyed having our breakfast everyday on the BBQ whilst enjoying the scenery. The beach is a little way from the villa but if you didn't fancy the 15-20 min walk to the beach then it was only about 2 pounds for a taxi. Mandy and her partner also run one of the nicest restaurants in the town and is most definitely worth a visit. Mandy who owns the villa couldn't have been more helpful in making our visit more relaxing and informing us on the best places to visit and eat etc. To summarise we loved every minute in kalkan and the villa and already planning our next trip.

Facebook 5* - This Villa can only receive one rating and that's a big fat 5!!!! We loved our stay here. From booking to leaving the villa we have had so much support from Mandy. Lush welcome pack in the fridge, any questions we had during were answered straight away. Fully equipped, pool maintained throughout. They also have an amazing restaurant called Baharat. Hasan and his team bent over backwards to make both our nights special. Food amazing. We will most definitely be back and recommend. Thank you both.

Airbnb 5* - Perfect House, better than expected (5* Airbnb). It was a perfect house with a really nice view. The house was much more better than we expected. It was very clean. Mandy and Hasan welcomed us so warmly and gave all informations that we need during vacation. We recommend this place and we want to stay one more time. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Owners Direct 5* - Wonderful all round, can't recommend highly enough. Right from booking the owner (Mandy) was in touch regularly giving hints and tips which was really useful as we'd not been to Turkey before. She greeted us warmly in person which was great as we arrived at about 2am and had stocked up on all things we'd need for first day. From there she was accessible and was a huge help offering advice on where to go and what to see. The Villa itself is aptly named because it really is number One in every sense, clean, tidy, a great size inside and out, the pool is wonderful and it's hardly overlooked at all. The view is stunning both ways with mountains one way and the beautiful Kalkan bay the other. Kalkan is quite quiet at time of visit due to the local issues which were more than a year ago. It being quiet suited us perfectly. Local food is great and there's lots of choice of bar and restuarant. Turkey is a great place to visit and Villa One and the amazing Mandy are the perfect hosts for your Holiday. Now stop reading and just book you'll not regret it!!!

Facebook page 5* - 2 PERFECT WEEKS 5*. We've just returned from this lovely quiet tranquil place after spending 2 perfect weeks in Kalkan, Villa One was an absolute find, it was well equipped comfortable and decorated to a high standard it had everything you needed it certainly had a personal touch to it !! Mandy and Hasan the owners were extremely accommodating and helped us booking transfers and a boat trip for us as a family ~ there was even a bottle of fizz in the fridge on arrival along with some local fruit bread and Olive's something we've not had before x thank you for letting is stay in your beautiful Villa we will he back xx
