Lovely modern apartment in great area for bars and restaurants, lots of nice beaches a short drive away. Check in and out was easy and apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you would expect. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. The only negative was the only mirror in the apartment is in the bathroom would have liked one in the bedrooms too but that was just a minor issue. Overall had a fantastic stay.

Modern Apartment in Fabulous Location - Villacosta

From we arrived until our departure 10 days later, we felt very much at home in this modern apartment. With 300m stroll to the beach and 1km to both a street with small restaurants and a grocery store, the apartment is perfectly placed. Living in the apartment was very simple since all facilities was modern and easy to keep tidy, and we enjoyed waking up sitting outside in the little patio / garden viewing out towards the sea. There were only a few small things that needs sorting out such as fitting a water hose outside to get rid of sand. 

Our hosts was available and very helpful which made our stay with a baby feel comfortable and safe. Our Spanish neighbours during our stay was also very nice, so it is a friendly neighbourhood. Although the area is under development, so the communal pool area was not finished and some new buildings are built in between the apartment and sea. 

All in all a brilliant apartment which makes your holiday very simple to enjoy :)

Amazing property, very private and out of the way, only a ten minute walk to villaMartin plaza which there are a wide range of restaurants and local bars,
There was a group of nine who came and was very easy to acomadate everyone withought stepping on everyone's toes
Overall stay was brilliant and will defiantly return in the future
