We rented this lovely villa for 6 weeks and can say with complete honesty that this is the best villa we have rented and we are frequent villa renters. The photos are very representative and dealing with charlie(the owner) was a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any query. On site we had the services of Charlie's pal. Not that we needed anything but we enjoyed a few glasses of wine with him whilst watching the sunsets! Villa was cleaned brilliantly on a daily basis by lovely friendly staff and the pool was terrific for a good swim even though we were steps away from the beach. Inexpensive beach restaurants if you couldn't be bothered to cook but the villa was so well equipped it was no problem for me. No cheap cutlery and crockery. The villa deserves the luxury label. If your idea of holiday heaven is a relaxing peaceful time then this is the place for you. We would not hesitate to recommend this place but only as long as there is room for us to return!! Beachfront Resort Luxury Villa w/ Private Pool only 20m to Beach

This was our first visit to Ko Samui so we did not know what to expect. We ended up loving that setting of this property on a quiet beach in the northwest corner of the island. The property is lovely with the three bedrooms providing ample space for our party of four adults and two small children. Each day we spent time on the beach and then walked back for a dip in the pool adjacent to the house. It was nice to stay in a place with up to date equipment in the kitchen, Wi-Fi, and TV service. Us grandparents could watch one show in our bedroom while the kids watched another in the living area. The lady who met us at the property was friendly and helpful as well. Also, the owner was very willing to communicate with us via email and was very helpful as we planned out trip. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. We enjoyed spending time at the Namuang waterfalls. The falls were beautiful, our grandkids enjoyed playing in the natural pools at the bottom of the falls, and we enjoyed a lovely lunch at the little restaurant near the base of the falls. Once disappointment was that the weather resulted in our boat trip out to the snorkeling and kayaking area being cancelled. However, the weather was very nice and sunny most of the time during our stay. If we come back to the island, we will try to stay at this property again.

Appréciation #13461586 “Luxueuse Villa avec piscine privee a juste 20 metres de la tres belle plage de Bang Por” Notre famille de 5 personnes (avec trois enfants 17 ans, 15 ans et 9 ans) a passé une semaine dans cette maison. Toutes les prestations nous ont satisfaites, la piscine super, le logement spacieux et propre, les services de location de voiture ou d’excursion en bateau, le canoé sur la plage, les ballades sur la plage très agréables. Les restaurants sur la plage ou à proximité sont bons. Les personnes sur place qui s’occupent de la maison et les voisins sont très sympathiques et formidables. Nous remercions également notre hôte pour tous ses conseils et la rapidité de ses messages. Nous recommandons cette maison pour passer de bonnes vacances… 

Magnifique villa totalement équipée,dotée d'un confort exceptionnel et d'un service ménager irréprochable ! De surcroît,un propriétaire attentif au moindre détail,soucieux à l'extrême de la réussite de notre sejour. À recommander vivement. J'ai déjà réservé mon troisième séjour pour 2016!

It is a lovely home with attentive staff in a beautiful location. All descriptions are accurate. The owner was very responsive to any and all questions and issues so I can highly recommend this property. We particularly enjoyed the on beach massage just a few hundred meters to the North.

Pay review title says it all really. This was our third year in a row staying in Charlie's villa and we had a wonderfull holiday. The villa itself is well maintained and kept clean on a daily basis by the lovely Thai girls. Towels and bedding are changed regularly. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. The pool is right outside the property and is maintained regularily. Dealing with Charlie is so easy and dealing with him is a pleasure. The property itself is in Bang Po and is very peaceful with the beach practically on the doorstep. We hired a car to get into the bigger towns but also used taxis and open air buses which you catch at the entrance to coconut Laguna. I am writing this review looking out at snow! Hard to believe only days ago we were in paradise. Can't wait to go back.

Tres belle villa dans un magnifique environnement,au calme à 2 pas de la magnifique plage quasiment déserte de Bang Por.C est l endroit révé pour qui cherche le confort,le calme et la tranquilité,loinde l agitation un peu factice et touristique de Lamai,Chaweng,Bo Phut. Enfin un propriétaire charmant,toujours à l écoute

Great vacation home that is well furnished and comfy. The on site staff are very efficient and the villa is kept spotless. The restaurant accross the road delivers to the villa and the food is excellent allowing you to sit in comfort on the terrace listening to the sea ! Can definately reccomend this property. The weather during our stay was not fantastic and we didn't spend as much time on the beach as we would have liked and the sea was too rough to snorkel so we can't offer an opinion. What it did serve to do though was reinforce what a great choice of villa we had made ! The only negative would be the sunbeds which are hard plastic with no cushions and therefore not particularly comfy. Not enough to spoil a great holiday by any means. Thanks Charlie !!

Very very nice Place,everything was ok.one of our beautyful hollydays and i stay 15 Times in samui in many Otter Location The Villa and Pool was very good the owner speak with me from the First minute as a best Friend We go back to this Place sure
