Arthur the owner is lovely and he will help if he can with anything. The property is in a quiet location and there are restaurants within walking distance. The one thing that let it down for me was the cleanliness of the villa we had to wash up everything we used in the kitchen before being able to use it the first time as it was not left very clean by the previous people in there.  Alot of the outside furniture is very tatty and needs replacing

Lovely area walking distance to various restaurants, small supermarket but everything you need also walking distance to water park for the younger kids. The owners we're extremely helpful even took us to the larger supermarket and arranged taxis when needed. The bar area is great, swimming pool was lovely with inflatables and toys. My 4 children aged 1 - 17 had no complaints would definitely go again, home from home.

Excellent stay.Arthur the owner is a great guy.He can't do enough for you.The villa is well kept and great pool.Bars and shop only 2 minute walk.It poured with rain while we were there,and Arthur helped us out by giving us a car to get around.Fantastic man would diffinatly recommend the villa .Will definitely book again and would like to see Arthur again .

This property is owned by Arthur who lives just around the corner!    
 Very spacious villa, clean &amp; caters well for up to 6 people..  We booked it for the 2 of us for a short stay through Clickstay..  
On site there is a washing machine, clothes airer. Hair Dryer.   Lots of fresh Towels, bedding etc. 
There is an outside fridge by the pool to keep the beers, wine /beverages cool whilst at the pool area.. Future plans to build a Bar / BBQ area near the pool would be a fab idea!!!   OMG the pool was fabulous!!! 
English TV,  Internet was spot on!    Kitchen / cooking facilities perfectly adequate as I found when cooking English brekki on a couple of occasions!  
Locally there are bars &amp; restaurants &amp; a supermarket (nearest 2 &amp; 1/2 mins walk)    Arthur invited us to Churchills on Sunday afternoon. Met the gang!!  Arthur ur a diamond geezer!!!   What a fab afternoon (drunk) 😜 
Nothing was too much trouble for Arthur. if he can help or advise he will!  
The area is great for driving out &amp; exploring the markets, Torreveija is 10 mins in the car  Quesada golf 15 mins in the car... Guadamar Beach 15 mins in the car..  lots of restaurants &amp; shopping just off the estate.    good location 

We are regular visitors to Alicante, straight forward down to earth people, we expect good standards &amp; no nonsense...  We had a Wonderful Holiday &amp; we would certainly recommend this villa...if this 1 is booked up ask Arthur about the other villa for rent (10 people) it's just round the corner  We took a look at it &amp; it's just as nice!!!

We had the most amazing holiday in this most amazing villa - it was everything we could have wanted and Arthur couldn't have done more to make our stay better. He was always available if needed and very helpful in every way.
The villa is everything you could want for a perfect holiday, is spacious and very well equipped.

Beautiful villa, very clea, neat and tidy and all the facilities you need to make your stay very comfortable. English TV, DVD, Internet is an added bonus. The outside area  is very spacious with plenty of seating areas for eating el fresco. The pool is just perfect and a family of six would easily have enough room for many hours of fun in it. As its a south facing property you have the sun all day and the pool is much needed for cooling off! The owners Arthur and Pat were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was in communication with Arthur in the weeks before going and he answered all my questions very quickly and was very helpful. I've just got back after a weeks stay and am now going to book again for next year. I throughly recommend this property, but if it's not availed for the dates you require, he has another propert next door (No 1) which I recommend you check out too.

We booked this villa again at the beginning of April and were extremely happy with the stay! The weather was fantastic, the location is great as you can walk to the local restaurants and shops, easily get to the beaches, bigger shopping and other beautiful places by the car (rented by the owner). Most of the time we spent at the big and clean pool, you can make BBQs, you have fantastic bar place with music and different games for kids and adults, so our 8 year old daughter had lots of fun as well. you have everything you need in this villa! Thanks a lot to a friendly and very helpful owner! This villa is fantastic to spend a relaxing and fun time with family or friends! Highly recommended. Can’t wait to come back!
