I bought the villa off plan and am delighted with how it's worked out. I have done the whole interior myself including made to measure furnishings. The maintenance is looked after by the designer/builder who cares about the villas as if they were his own children! They are immaculate at all times. The hotel which is being constructed behind the villa will be of great benifit to guests. The area is just so lovely and it's easy to see why this part is called the Turkish Riviera . The sea view and mountains were what convinced me to buy a property in this location .
