We rented the villa for 3 weeks. Bill &amp; Jenny are a pleasure to deal with and sort out any questions you have with renting very quickly. The villa is in great location, furthest park is Universal 40mins away and DIsney about 15mins. Shops and restaurant very local. 

The villa itself is well appointed great to come back to after a day at parks

Great villa, big enough for a party of 8 adults. Facilities were good. Communication with owner and property maintanance company were good. Location OK, pleasant quiet area.

We had a fantastic time staying at the property, the pool was lovely and clean, our daughter would have stayed there the whole 2 weeks if she could have! The property is in a lovely location with a small play area nearby which our daughter also enjoyed. Publix supermarket is just over 5 minutes drive away also with restaurants and takeaway nearby. 

This is an excellent base for Disney parks as they are about 20 minutes drive away so close enough if you wanted to leave and go back a bit later. Malls and outlets and sea world also not too far away. 

Facilities provided in the villa were great and we didn’t want for anything. Communication with Bill and Jenni was easy and you will receive a reply to your messages promptly. The welcome pack of bread milk and other bits and pieces was also a lovely touch. 

We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking at this villa.

We had three lovely weeks exploring the parks while staying at the villa. Beautiful villa with very nice pool. Lovely touch to arrive with a few basics in the fridge for us and inflatables for the kids in the pool. The villa was very well equipped with lovely rooms, had a great holiday. The only negative comment I could say was we couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work in the twin room and unfortunately we didn’t get the best weather out there so although it was May we found the pool quite cold I don’t no if this was because we had lots of rain and we weren’t sure how the heating worked. But overall would certainly recommend, everything we dreamed about x

Lovely villa within 15 mins of all the disney parks . Will definately book it again next time we go to florida . Any problems we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this villa .

Our stay at this property was excellent. The area that it is in is very quiet and not a lot of traffic.
The pool area was great and well recommended after a day walking around the parks, solar pool heating kept the water temperature exactly right. Local shop not to far away for the essentials. 
Parks and I-Drive shopping all within 30 minutes drive from the villa. Only one down point, the cooking utensils could do with an update (e.g. frying pans/oven trays, etc.). 
We would recommend this villa to anyone thinking of staying and would use this again ourselves.

Just returned from 3 fabulous weeks in your beautiful home .....
All I can say is highly recommend! The villa is superb my favourite thing was to relax around the pool at night and be out there first thing to hear the birds sing whilst eating brealfast ( I miss it so much that we are already working out how we can go back next year!)  the owners communication was nothing short of" above &amp; beyond ! "  genuinely lovely couple so friendly and helpful .
Book up you won't be disappointed 😊☀️

Excellent well equipped property which suited our needs perfectly.  The pool was perfect for an early morning dip first thing, or after a long day at Disneyworld.  If we go back to the area we will definitely try to get this house again.
