We had a very relaxed stay in the beautiful tree house. Within the house, everything was according to our wishes. I was a bit disappointed, though, by the close Toucari beach, which I expected to be a "dream beach", but which was more or less average. On sunny days it still offers attractive opportunities and promises fun. Unfortunately, we had mostly rainy days. Thus, our stay mainly consisted of quiet days, reading on the comfortable veranda with a refreshing view on the forest. It was nevertheless worth it.

TreeTops is a lovely little cottage. It has everything you need to cook meals in and the covered deck overlooking the sea and trees is a very comfortable place to hang out. The owners were great about communication and the caretaker, Caso, is lovely. We did a boat trip with him one afternoon to go snorkeling and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It's an easy walk to the beach, to Caso's little bar and mini-mart as well as the best food we had on the island - Keepin' It Real restaurant. So....what more do you need to know? Book this sweet little spot or either of the other Toucari Cottages (Mango and Coconut - we stayed at all three!) now! You won't be sorry.

Our second stay at Treetops and once again it was a fabulous stay, albeit it was shorter than we would have liked! 
My favourite part of the day is going to bed in the super comfy bed, listening to the crickets and the tree frogs followed by early mornings on the deck watching and listening to the village spring to life.
There is nothing that I would change about Treetops. It’s my perfect idea of a cosy home for two in Dominica x

Superbe petit cottage que l'on prend en Selfchecking avec des instructions claires !
L'intérieure est superbe, literie confortable, douche très bien, serviettes de bains, cuisine très bien équipé, avec une vue splendide avec la plage juste en bas.
La communication avec Kate était très bien et joignable et un livret avec beaucoup d'explication nous attend à l'intérieur du cottage. 
Tout était parfait, je recommande absolument :)

I stayed a week in Treetops,if you want a quiet and convenient location for your tropical stay this’s place will fit the bill. Beautiful sunsets from your own porch every night and a nice 5 minute walk down to the waters edge where you can have the freshest fish or lobster with all the accompaniments you could want.Kate and Andy are very knowledgeable about all the sites and activities on the island so don’t hesitate to ask. Enjoy Dominica!!!

Loved our time at treetops! The property is in a great location with views of the sunset from your porch and our favorite restaurant (Keepin' it Real) just down the street. It is the perfect size for a couple and has everything you need for a getaway. Kate was very communicative and Son was very helpful upon our arrival. I hope to be back next year!

Staying at Treetops was like being in Paradise!  We were a 2 minute walk down the hill to the black sand beach and the village of Toucari.  Our view was of the Toucari Bay - and because we faced west - we had fabulous sunsets every evening - right from our deck!  The small house had everything we needed - a kitchen with all the utensils you might need for holiday cooking - a very comfortable bed with a net around it - a bathroom and shower - an outside water supply to wash off the sand before entering the house, 2 decks, and a comfortable sitting area.  We didn't  need AC - we kept the windows and doors open at night and with the ceiling fans and the floor fan - it was very comfortable.  We bought groceries in Portsmouth on our way through there from the airport.  There are several rum shops in Toucari where you can buy only the very basics in groceries.   There is a shelf of books in the cottage - we left 2 of ours and also read a few of theirs.  Caso was our go-to person whenever we needed information. He is a friendly, knowledgeable, gentle person who was most anxious for us to have a wonderful time.  He took us on a hike to some recently discovered falls, he took us snorkelling to the shipwreck and the reef, and a general sail down the coast.  Because he has always lived there, he knows a lot! He supplied us with freshly cut coconuts every day - what else could a person want!  We loved Treetops and were so sorry when our vacation there was over.  It was so relaxing......

Very nice property, all we need was there. Good shower, a quality bed, complete kitchen and clean. The view was fabulous. Toucari is a small village with lovely people. The snorkletour with Caso was wonderfull in Toucari and exploring waterfalls or nature its nice place to stay. Portsmouth is close by where you can find everything, restaurants, supermarket. But very nice is a diner at Keeping it real by Derrick. We liked Dominca and specially this area, its very original and less of tourism.
