We stayed eleven days, the house is very well equipped and comfortable. The owner was excellent with communication and very quick to respond to any questions. The house is an easy 10 minute walk to the plaza and all it offers. It is a one minute walk to morgans bar and there are another 4 bars close by. We used the pool which was clean and the house comes with some sunbeds, for a change there is a restaurant with a pool 5 minutes walk which was also very good and is 5 euro eachfor the day including sunbed. Overall we had a lovely time at the house.

Would thoroughly recommend. Communication with owners was first class. Walking distance to local amenities. Every Tuesday evening during peak season there is children's entertainment at cheers bar in walking distance. Pool clean. Arrived to find drink in fridge water/alcohol. We have extended the same courtesy. There was even left over sun creams,toiletries and washing powder etc which we replaced what we used. Very enjoyable stay. We came as a multi generational family group and the separate terraces were nice should we wish to relax separately. Enjoy your stay!! :)

Unlike any other self catering this owner encourages previous occupants to leave food, water, salt, washing up liquid, washing powder etc. for the next holiday makers...... Fantastic! This saves a fortune on the basics you need, we arrived to chilled beers in the fridge and a half a bottle of Gin (not that we used any). There were items such as chilli powder, oregano, very surprising! We ourselves replenished the water, beer, washing conditioner etc. before leaving. The accommodation was clean, roomy and simply ideal for our party of two families each with one child (6 people). Agreat place to relax and take in some sun! Locally there were four English bar/restaurants and a Greek restaurant (recommended), The Plaza walk is only 10-15 minutes for a nightly meal and music with a massive choice of restaurants and pubs.

We had an enjoyable holiday, nice quiet location. Villa was clean and was as described, even though we couldn't find the dishwasher! We had issues with the showers but this was resolved after we found a plumber to replace the mixer tap and bought a new hose and head for the downstairs one. Owner kindly reimbursed us for the costs but we lost a day of our holidays trying to sort it out. Would definitely rent again.

What can I say!!! From the moment We met Dave the owner, communication was first class. The pictures do not do the Villa justice, anything you could need was there, from sun loungers to games & books to pool toys. Great little touches like beers & Croissants waiting on arrival. The Villa really is a home in the sun. Pool area is fantastic and the other residents are very friendly. Ideally situated for the Plaza (10min walk) and not forgetting Captain Morgans Bar 50 metres up the road. Take advantage of their €2 breakfast 9-10. Beers from €2.20!! Overall a fantastic holiday and already pricing up & looking forward to next year. Cheers Dave John & Katy

Ideally situated for great golf in area and a short drive to lovely beaches and shops

My partner and I rented the villa for Christmas & New year 2015 it was our first time in the area also our first time away for the festive period, the Villa was immaculately clean & had everything needed for a enjoyable stay. We had my elderly Mother with us & the down stairs bedroom & bathroom were ideal for her. we were near enough to all that was going on but quiet enough at nigh time the people we met were very friendly & helpful we were also lucky enough to have the weather at that time of year and made use of the top balcony, we would recommend the Villa to others, we are hoping to go back there ourselves hopefully in the summer,

My husband and I rented the villa from the owners for 2 months in order to get some winter sunshine. We needed somewhere that was south facing in order to get the sun as long as we could- we had the front porch, the balcony and the solarium to soak up the sun - exactly what we needed! We also made use of the clean swimming pool even in March! The villa was immaculately clean with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The villa is ideally situated, near enough to everything going on but quiet at night. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa, we have stayed in many in the area and this is definitely one of the best!
