Beautiful villa a lot of thought has gone in to all the items you need when staying in a villa, (over and above the standard) lots of added extras.  This place was perfect for us, a family of 6, this villa has a private pool that was thoroughly enjoyed by the girls.  It was very private and relaxing, and the resort down the road was a nice added bonus too.  Great price for a luxury holiday, better than expected, you will not be disappointed. The staff here is so helpful too, willing to go out of their way. I would highly recommend getting a rental car if staying here. It is perfect if you want to get away from the jammed hotels of sunny beach or any resort in this region for that matter, but not if you are not driving. If not planning to drive, stay in the beach resort.  The area is secure, Lidl &amp; Janet supermarket’s (with a short distance drive!) A great experience would love to stay here again in the future.

Personally we were disappointed, we encountered a big problem with the pool so impossible to swim there. And cleanliness problem. Do not rely on ad pictures that are really not representative.

The property and facilities are very good if you want to stay in a quiet and private property.  You have your own pool which although is not large enough to swim lengths in is large enough to relax and play in.  The villa is spacious enough to accommodate a group of six adults without feeling too cramped.
The joy with this property is you have the added bonus of using the Vineyards resort facilities as well which are about a 2 min journey up the road.  The Vineyards has excellent pools, bar and restaurants if you fancy a change of scenery.

The biggest minus point for us was the Villa's location which is a little isolated meaning you definitely have to have access to a car. The beach towns all have to be reached by car which is a little annoying if you want to eat out and enjoy a drink.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

If I'm being honest we were disappointed with this property. Although the villa was in the perfect location for us being very quite and private and as we travelled in by car it was not a problem travelling the short distance into Sunny Beach (5-10mins). Security was great as was all the maintenance staff but for us it was let down by the standards inside. The drain for the shower was blocked. There was a smell of damp in one of the upstairs bathrooms (which therefore we never used) and we had a leak in the roof when it rained in the ensuite bathroom. There was more lights outside not working than working (I counted 6 with only 2 working). All of the sun beds were broken and the coverings soiled and torn. Did however contact the owner on my return to raise these concerns and she was quite annoyed to hear this and promised to sort with the management company. So hopefully by now a better place to stay?

Villa was absoulty lovely would defiantly recommend. Car hire a must to get about just a 20min drive to nessabar and sunny beach. Gerry at the vineyards resort was brilliant any problems were dealt with quickly we've got nothing bad to say about villa we enjoyed are stay a lot.

I wanted to Thank you so much for our wonderful stay, it was truly just what the doctor ordered, peace, tranquillity and sunshine. A beautiful home, very comfortable and everything we needed in a clean, well equipped villa. I really enjoyed being able to switch off and relax. Thank you again.

We have just returned from our second stay at this lovely villa, both in June and a fantastic climate. Experienced the Villa as a two with my finance and the second time as a larger group of 6, the villa offers plenty of space with a comfortable large living area. In addition to a private pool the large swimming pools at the Vineyards are ideal for a change of scenery and only two minutes away, enjoyed the food there also. Good location, best of both worlds. Found it clean and well equipped. Fantastic week.

Great Villa, really enjoyed our stay. Owner and Customer Services at Vineyards friendly and accommodating, recommended hire car and places to visit. 

This was our second visit to 8 Floral Roads, once again we enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful stay. The location is ideal for those seeking to switch off and enjoy some quiet time around the pool in pleasant surroundings yet has many offerings nearby, beaches, shopping, water park to keep our teenage Daughter occupied. A clean, well maintained, well equipped spacious Villa.

This was our third stay at the villa, and again we were not disappointed, we have had a fabulous holiday. We really enjoy its peaceful location, it is so easy to relax here. A short car journey away from the lively resort of Sunny Beach and the quiet culture of Old Nessebar. Pool is a great size and with teenagers a must, with the added bonus of the table tennis. Would certainly recommend.
