A 5 star villa, we have stayed before and had to come back to Ray's villa when staying in the Disney area. This home has everything we need. We particularly enjoy the use of the Jacuzzi and Pool table and enjoy how clean this property is on arrival. We will return again in the future no doubt

My Disney Villa

"Awesome"

This is our second visit to Ray's villa and we were not disappointed. I remember last time we were there mentioning that the villa could do with some swim towels that could be used for park visits. Needless to say they were there as requested for this visit.
The villa is large with plenty of room for all of the family. It is always spotlessly clean on arrival with a few basic supplies to start the holiday off. There is plenty of information for visitors with a detailed folder and contact details for the management company if needed. We had a reason to call them regarding the outdoor table. The table was replaced within one day of the phone call. The villa entry is coded so no need to wander around the area looking for offices to pick up the keys.
The villa itself allows the family to have plenty of room to enjoy some time together and away from each other. The swimming pool and games room were definite hits with our family. The television room provided exceptional comfort for those wishing to sit and chill taking the weight off their feet!
The location of the villa is fantastic, literally about 10 to 15 mins to Disney property, about 25 - 30 mins to Universal and supermarkets and abundance of restaurants on the 192 within 5 minutes. We tend to use the toll road to Disney but other routes are available. This villa is located in a quiet residential with a variety of different styles and size of villas. The area is maintained to a high standard.
Ray is very quick at replying to queries and did his best to reply to any query swiftly (even whilst he was on holiday!) I would certainly recommend him as a villa owner to do business with. Have a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic holiday villa

I would highly recommend this holiday villa to any one planning to go to Florida. It was a short drive away from all the Disney parks and local shops near by. This villa has all the essentials needed, great pool, games room, laundry facilities, kitchen equipment etc. Very spacious, we had 8 people including two children but it never felt crowded. We spent several relaxed afternoons just enjoying the pool etc. A beautiful villa which helped make our holiday a fantastic one, we were all sad to leave.

"A First Class Home Away From Home"

From the moment you arrive on the quiet road towards the villa, everything in sight is top quality; It's clear that there are a mixture of homeowners and holiday makers on the wide, green street and everyone appears to take great pride and care in their surroundings. The home itself is bright and spacious whilst the finish in every room exudes class and quality.

Each bedroom is furnished with either a huge supersized bed or twin singles for the kids along with an abundance of storage, we also had two baby cots on request at no additional charge. It seemed that the homeowners had thought of everything, and anything additional was no trouble for them to provide. There were so many small touches that made us feel so welcome and important that it made our holiday the best we have ever had, having visited Florida on numerous occasions, we are now in a position where the bar has been raised so high that we are going to have difficulty to not be disappointed if we ever stayed anywhere else.

Our travelling party consisted of two large families, each with three noisy kids ranging from 18 months to 9 years old, ten of us altogether including the grown-ups, and I can safely say that there is enough room in the well designed house that every single person can satisfy their wants and needs without affecting anyone else; be it air hockey in the games room, somersaults in the pool, movies on the huge cinema screen or relaxing in the jacuzzi with a bottle of bubbles...

Dealing with Ray, the homeowner prior to our stay was a breeze, it's refreshing to speak to someone who genuinely cares about your stay and clearly is so very proud of his home and the guests that he welcomes into it. I honestly do not have anything other than the most positive of reviews for this property - the pictures speak for themselves, but they can only go so far - the scale and feel of the house can only be experienced first hand.

I'm quietly hoping this stays a hidden gem, so that we will have no problems booking when we return in a year or two, but alas I fear I shall have to book long in advance. Thank you again to Ray and his family, who have made us feel like old friends of the family, we can't wait to return!

"Fabulous Villa"

As detailed in the description this Villa is a luxurious clean house with plenty of room and is a great sanctuary from the hustle and bustle. We especially appreciate the hot tub and pool room. The owner was extremely helpful as were the management company when we had need of them. The Villa is only 20mins away from Disney World and about 30mins away from Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive while being out of the busy hub of Orlando.

I would highly recommend this Villa for families or adult groups as it caters to all.

"Living the dream"

Just got back from our holiday in florida, a family holiday with 6 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 6. On arrival to the property development we were impressed with the entrance, the layout of the villas and the general cleanliness of the area. When we walked into Rays villa wow it was amazing, so spacious we didnt feel on top of each other at all, spacious rooms huge beds every thing you could ask for and more.The games room got lots of use in the evenings especially the pool table. Our two grandaughters loved the pool and kept them occupied. One of our best holidays ever. Without doubt I would recommend this villa to all, it was so clean and well looked after in a lovely quiet area and the swimming pool was not overlooked at the back.Ray was so easy to deal with, email were answered straight away and nothing was to much trouble. When we come back to orlando in future we would definatley book again .


"Fantastic villa close to all the parks"

This villa was the perfect base, it had everything you would need and more. Really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day at the park. The 192 is just down the road with so many restaurants to choose from we are going to come back so we can try them all. Disney is 15mins away by car. I wish we had more time to spend in the villa to use all it had to offer. Thank you Ray for all your help and allowing us to use your home.


"Fantastic accommodation"

Like the majority of people reading this I always read reviews but rarely write them. Following our Feb/March 2016 stay I have made a point of adding a review as our experience was so good. The booking process from start to finish was great! Ray certainly makes things clear and simple which is a big help when trying to organise all the other complexity's that are associated with an Orlando holiday and is always on hand to answer any questions we had. In my view the Villa is even nicer than advertised and the location is great being in a quite residential type area but located within a very short drive of countless restaurants and supermarkets of all shapes and sizes. There are numerous small touches that you wouldn't usually find in this type of property such as full cable/netfix, huge tv's, ice maker, plentiful towels, hairdryers in each room plus many more. We had plans to visit parks etc every day of our trip but we ended up having a few lazy days at the villa due to it's comfort and features, which actually added to our overall experience. Our party of 6 included and 18month old toddler and we found the facilities to be great with minimal items to be knocked over and alarms on all doors leading to the pool. There are 2 travel costs available and a nice touch was the vast selection of books and soft toys which our little boy loved. Location is great for Disney (15 minutes) and the I4 (5 minutes) to travel to other parks/areas and easy to get to from the airport. A couple of personal recommendations for you try would be Twistee Treat Ice Cream, Pollo Tropical far a great takeway meal, Texas Roadhouse and the all within 5 minutes drive. Thanks to Ray for allowing us to enjoy your property and I'm sure we will return as well as recommending to all of our friends.

Beautiful very well equipped villa, very clean and an ideal place located close to Disney and 192's location where plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found. Our 7th visit and we enjoy Florida every time. One of the best villas we have stayed in and we will return in the future. Had very good communication with Ray the owner and had everything we needed. Highly recommend Applebys and the Texas Roadhouse restaurants. For very good shopping visit Lake Buena Vista Factory stores and Orlando Premium Outlets.

“Beautiful Villa in ideal location”

Where do I start? We were looking for a villa near to the 192 so as an easy trip to Disney. Couldn't ask for better. Location checked out as only a minute or two from the convenience of restaurants and shops on the 192. Calabria is a non gated community but feels very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful villas all around in a great setting. Ray answered my 20 pre booking questions and was very informative and helpful and our booking was complete. Very easy to deal with all along the process from beginning to end and still answering questions all along the way, We arrived at the villa and it was just as described. Beautifully presented with great fixtures and fittings and very welcoming. Plenty of space with the four bedrooms upstairs and a fifth downstairs which suited my son and myself as I didn't have to see any of the untidiness he created! I loved the fact the villa had two sitting areas as it was possible to escape the television if you needed some quiet time with a book. We were able to spread out around the place and enjoy some alone time as well as enjoying time with each other. Bliss. My son and daughter gained the most from the games room and the one thing they commented on was the fact it was air conditioned with its own unit in there. Many of the games rooms we have experienced previously have lacked air conditioning. A small thing but it made a difference. Good facilities such as washing machine and dryer meant that I did not bring washing home apart from last day bits but as these were situated in a utility space in the games room the washing did not impact on our holiday. Ice maker in fridge was great for keeping drinks cool for our parks visit - ice in the cool box and left in the car during the day meant cool drinks on your return before the drive home. Very much needed. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and crockery and all other implements needed if you do decide to cook. Have to say our cooking at home was minimal but facilities were there for us to use if needed. We enjoyed our time in the pool each day. The pool was not overlooked at all and the hot tub was fantastic with very strong jets for a relaxing massage at the end of the day or in our case the middle of the day before another trip around the parks. Beds were very comfortable and en suite bathrooms ideal for all the family. Air conditioning was good and non intrusive as sometimes can be noisy and sleep disturbing. Had no problems at all sleeping. Location in relation to Disney is excellent. We chose to use the 192 and then the toll road 429 onto Disney property - 15 mins door to park if that, most occasions. About 30 mins to Disney Cove, Aquatica etc and perhaps 40 to Universal, if that. Depends on traffic on the I4. Location was perfect for us. So much so we have booked again for next year and will look forward to dealing with Ray for our next holiday. If you are looking for a beautiful villa in an ideal location and want to deal swiftly with any queries then you cannot go far wrong with staying in " My Disney Villa".
