We are back from an amazing 5 days at Sa Coma.
I received regular emails on behalf of the owner Phil, directions were brilliant as we showed them to a taxi driver and he found the villa no problem. We had the pleasure of meeting Phil on arrival, lovely guy! He answered any questions we had and left his details should we need him.

We didnt hire a car, we certainly didnt need one anyway! For our group of 8, the taxi was 75Euros from Palma Airport and took only 50mins, a pleasant drive. There are shops and supermarkets a plenty! No trouble finding those. Lots of little shops, bars and restaurants covering every possible requirement, leading to the beautiful beach!

I cannot stress how perfect the villa is. As a group of 8 adults, we excitedly opened the front door and became children checking every area of the house. It has everything you could possibly want and need! Extremely clean, spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. We cannot fault it at all. There are hidden little extras that arent mentioned on the write up. We found the pool size, depth and temperature just perfect. Ample room for lilos, swimming and ball games.

A lot of time, money and effort has gone into this Villa, we are very grateful to have been welcome into a very beautiful home! We would most definitely return... For a little longer next time!

VILLA SA COMA

We have just had a wonderful holiday staying at this Villa in Sa Coma - I cant fault the villa, it was lovely, clean, spacious, the decor is very tasteful, wonderful air conditioning in the bedrooms, the bathrooms are great with amazing showers, the kitchen well equipped - everything you need! There is a small (max 8 person) at the rear of the kitchen with an outdoor in-built BBQ - which was perfect for lunch &amp; dinner! It would be nice if they could add 2 extra outdoor chairs for the rear patio as we had carry two indoor chairs in &amp; out every mealtime.

The swimming pool was great - albeit on the small side and an unusual shape but it was perfect for our needs, deep enough for 4 kids to jump in &amp; out every morning, noon and night (which they did!!) and deep enough for us adults to cool down (&amp; join in the diving competitions).

There is a wonderful space beneath the villa, in the basement which i dont believe is mentioned in the write up - but this is a great space for the kids to play pool. This is where the washing machine is &amp; is great for storing suitcases/ inflatables (there are inflatables already there to use in the pool). There is ample space to hang the washing/ swimmers/ towels out. 

They really have thought of everything!!! As i say, I cant fault the villa.

The villa is in a residential area (cul-de-sac) on the edge of Sa Coma and there is a main road to the rear of the property but tbh this didnt bother us in the slightest. The area of Sa Coma on the other hand is a little more tourist-y than i had hoped for - lots of "bucket &amp; spade" shops. The beach is walking (a long) distance but we only ventured to that beach once. We were grateful to have a car which enabled us to find the more secluded coves and alternative beaches. Porto Cristo is lovely &amp; nearby with great restaurants overlooking the harbour!

All in all - very good value for money, cant fault the villa - would highly recommend!!!

Directions - WATCH OUT -  there was one small but significant mistake on the directions we received (we drove around for at least an hour looking for it) - the directions tell you to turn right into the wrong road. Our directions said:

Turn left onto Av. les Palmeres (correct)
Turn right onto Carrer DAlies (WRONG!!! - TAKE THE FIRST TURNING ON THE RIGHT, sorry cant recall the name but its something like "Carrer de Maglies")
Take 3rd road on right - Carrer de Bedolls (correct)
House is last house on the right in the corner, number 12 (correct)

Gorgeous, spacious and well equipped villa - one of the bedrooms and bathrooms was downstairs and was a welcome bonus - owner and Phil and his wife who look after the property were lovely and very helpful - thanks for a lovely holiday :)

the property was beautifully maintained and furnished. we booked very last minute due to a family bereavement and the owner was very helpful. we had a small hiccup with the pool pump prior to our arrival but we were fully informed of the progress and it was repaired.

the photographs do not do the villa justice it is extremely spacious, private and a great distance form the main area of Sa Coma (20 minute walk)
