Everything about our stay was ideal,Phillip was the perfect host and could not do enough to make our stay any more welcoming
from start to finish we enjoyed every minute,I would recommend anyone to stay at this resort and at Phillips apartments.

The apartment is as described online, nestled adjacent to the beach with other apartment blocks. Compact but with everything that one would need. So convenient to all that matters!

This is a beautiful apartment. From the moment I arrived everything was perfect. Philip was there waiting for my arrival and explained everything about the apartment and the area of Playa San Juan. He is a great host and very attentive. I felt at home instantly with all the amenities the apartment offers. It is very well located right next to the beach and is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. You can easily relax and unwind. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tenerife. Playa San Juan is now my favourite place on the island. It is a fishing village with a beautiful beach and harbour and has many attractions at your fingertips. Philip, congratulations! You are charming and I will return again very soon!!

La verdad que aunque fueron pocos dias que estuve alojada en el apartamento de Philip Dean, fue suficiente para poder evaluar como muy positiva. Ha sido todo perfecto, Philip un gran anfitrión, muy atencioso, diria que me senti en mi propia casa, con todas las comodidades, el apartamento muy bien ubicado, confortable, impecablemente limpio y preciosos. A pocos, muy pocos metros pude gozar de la hermosa playa de San Juan ideal para relajarse y descansar. El lugar estupendo, con un precio mas que ajustado para su confort y muy recomendable por que no muchas personas conocen Playa San Juan y vale la (website hidden) un pequeño pueblo de pescadores con muchos atractivos y todo a su mano. Estoy encantada de haber reservado en airbnb y especialmente en el anuncio tan completo de este anfitrión...felicitaciones Philip, eres un anfitrion encantador, un abrazo y no dudes que volveré!!

My husband and I were lucky enough to meet Phillip and his partner in a bar in Playa San Juan last Friday night. We are staying in Los Cristianos and were visiting friends who spend every spring in Playa San Juan. Now we understand why they choose to stay there!
To cut a long story short we didnt want to drive back to Los Cristianos as wed had a little too much to drink and Phillip told us that hed just finished refurbishing his rental apartment and that we could stay there for the night.  
We actually ended up staying the whole weekend and absolutely loved it!  
The apartment itself is beautiful and you could literally roll out of bed in the morning and straight onto the beach! Well, not quite as its one storey up, so that might be a bit dangerous, but you get the gist.  
Phillip went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. You can thank me for the hair dryer in the apartment. Philip went shopping and bought one and said hed leave it in the apartment for future guests! 
Playa San Juan is a beautiful place! Its a traditional Spanish fishing town with a great vibe and a fantastic beach that beats the socks off any of the other beaches weve seen in Tenerife. The weather was amazing and its very much a relaxing place to be.
Eating out is a real bargain compared to Los Cristianos!
I want to thank Phillip for trusting us to stay in the apartment and next year weve already told him well be spending our two weeks spring holiday in Playa San Juan in this apartment, if hell have us back. 
We wish Phillip all the best and hope that his future guests take care of the apartment - for our return! Lol!
