the stay at this property was fantastic, the owner was brilliant and helpful 10/10, I would recommend anyone to book this 4 bed condo, as everything in it that you would need. legacy dunes is in a ideal spot for all Disney parks, the swimming pools are great, only 20 minutes from airport, would recommend strongly

Amazing pool - apparently they had a solar heater installed earlier this year - the temp was perfect for us. Quiet and not too busy but next to all the restaurants and entertainment we needed. 5 minutes from Disney. Way better than a hotel - having the kids in their own bedrooms means we get some privacy and much better sleep. TV in every room was a cool bonus. The kids loved the basketball courts, the tennis court, even tried beach volleyball. Two pools. But we used the tropical one - which has a beach-style entry, splash pad for the little kids (mine are too big for that) lots of shady and sunny spots to lounge.

The location was perfect for visiting Walt Disney World. We were no more than 10 minutes from any of the WDW parks. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping (Target & Walmart) within 5 minutes. The condo itself was great! Much better than staying in a hotel - and much cheaper!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this condo. This condo completely exceeded our expectations. It was clean and well decorated and had all the conveniences we needed. The condo is convenient to so many places -Disney, Sea World, Old Town and Celebration just to name a few. We explored the Four Corners area and it was so enjoyable to return to the condo at the end of the day and enjoy the view of the pool listen to the fountain and just relax!

Its gated for safety, close to the theme parks, very nice pool, close to grocery and retail stores to stock up on supplies. Everyone we met there was very nice.

The condo is in a great location and overlooks the large pool, in a beautiful community. The owner was very pleasant, and everything was just right. I recommend it highly. Dont miss the nearby Ale House for great food (and Ale!).

Location is excellent.... easy access to the attractions of florida....but far enough for your own space to relax.... ammenities onsite are great, pool and gym, ample parking.... grounds are nice and clean... would recommend to anyone who wants a break in Kissimmee.... just a shame we had to come home.... :-(

Condo at Legacy Dunes is just the thing for a relaxed family holiday.

Super trip. Everything is within 10 - 15 minutes drive. Legacy Dunes itself is a superb place to stay and we made good use of tropical swimming pool/tennis courts/volleyball/ clubhouse and fitness center. Our condo was a 2 bed/2 bath condo and clean. A definite home from home with everything we needed.
