We stayed here for 2 weeks in July and loved every minute of our stay at the property. It is exactly as described and was exceptionally clean and fresh. The check in process is flawless and the communication with the owner is brilliant. The villa is in the ideal area to visit all the attractions and was a perfect place to unwind at the end of a busy day. We had one small issue with the air con which was sorted extremely quickly and i cannot fault this property in any way. Ideal for people of all ages and i would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a very reasonably priced villa in Orlando. We will definitely be back in the future!!

the villa was exceptionally large and very clean and well presented. when we went in June we did not choose to have pool heating but it wasn't needed as the pool water stayed warm just from the heat of the day. Very well equipped although the clothes airer was broken but I feel that this may not have been reported to owner previously. Owner Raymond is a pleasure to do business with and quick response to every message. We had a fault with the outside pool porch light, new bulb did not rectify, one call later and it was fixed very quickly. For the price and size of this villa in Davenport this villa is pure luxury. The owner had also thought to plug in an extension lead with british plug sockets - very useful if you forget your plug adaptors or just do not have enough. Very good information pack with numbers and any other questions/queries you may have will be answered in the pack. The pictures of the villa by the owner are spot on and exactly as you see.

Excellent stay.  The Villa was very well equipped, and was very clean with good quality furnishings.
the pool was clean and heated well.

Patio area was well maintained and sunbeds were comfy.

Walking distance to supermarket, bar and restaurant.

Had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa in Orlando, it is a really large clean property with a lovely kitchen and living room, the bedrooms all have en-suites, comfortable beds and the games room is great (there are also lots of board games and dvd's provided)! The pool area is very secure and this villa would definitely be suitable for children as there is a gate and an alarm system on the door which leads out to the pool area. Communication with the owner was good and check in was easy with the code provided. The villa is situated on a golf resort, it is really quiet and peaceful and a large supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within 10 minutes walk away. We drove to Universal Studios in 30 minutes and Busch Gardens in an hour so it's very well located for the parks. I would definitely recommend to family and friends if looking for a place to stay in Orlando.

This is a really spacious home, with everything you could need for your stay.  The location is ideal for getting to Disney, Universal etc, but in a relatively quiet area (you get a bit of traffic noise from a nearby road but soon get used to it).  The pool is fantastic at the end of the day roaming around the parks.  The Berry Centre just across the road gives you access to a Publix supermarket for most things you need, plus a couple of restaurants.  Ray, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The villa is a home away from home. We travelled with family via vehicle after a week of cycling in the Pyrenees,  we were not disappointed.  The villa is large with all the mod cons that you can think of. The location was fabulous for us, a quiet area, on top of a hill with fantastic views. Having the use of a vehicle is strongly recommend,  so that you can explore surrounding areas. However with a local supermarket at the bottom of the hill, you could happily spend your whole holiday at the villa, relaxing around the pool. We would definitely go back again and feel that the villa is versatile and suitable for family,  friends and couples. If you want a relaxing holiday with out the hustle and bustle of the usual tourist hot spots, this is the place. The owner is really approachable and has a lovely team that look after the property, the dip pool provided great entertainment for my nephew, even though the water was a bit chilly -),  we went in the last week of September, still very warm. The position of the hot tub meant that each night you could unwind with a chilled beverage gazing out over the Pyrenees.

This home is beautiful tastefully decorated and very spacious plenty of room for 8 of us. The photos do not do it justice its very clean and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The pool was amazing the kids loved it. And we walked up to berry centre several times for dinner a real bonus in Orlando to be within walking distance of bars, takeaways and restaurants. We only had one problem during our stay the iron broke but a free phone call  and hey presto a new one was delivered within the hour superb service from the management company.
Booking was so easy and communication from the owners was excellent  i would not hesitate to book again and will be recommending to everyone.

I have been visiting Orlando for many years and can honestly say that the specification of this villa is right up there with the very best.

Inside, the facilities were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The entertainment facilities were great with an excellent games room and huge TV to crash out in front of.

We loved using the pool which was clean and warm.

The villa is positioned well, with quick and easy access to the I4.

I have to say that dealing with the owners was also a real pleasure. Nice people who take pride in their home. We will return when we are next in Orlando.

Id recommend this villa unreservedly.

Pictures do not do justice for this home. My family and I have rented in the past and thought we hit the jackpot until I found this one. The second you enter the home, you feel like you are in Shangri-La. It is the cleanest looking, freshest smelling and tastefully decorated rental that you will find. Competitively priced, close to the golf course and shopping plaza. A flat screen television for all guests to enjoy without arguing on what to watch. The best looking games room I have ever seen. We will most likely be returning to Florida & I will be renting here again.

We have rented homes in the past, but this one is truly an awesome catch! It was clean, beautifully decorated, had a wonderful pool and game room for the kids. We couldnt have asked for a nicer home. It is also located just across the street from a supermarket and several restaurants. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come to the Orlando area.
