We had a wonderful, relaxing time.  The villa was extremely spacious and clean and the pool was large.  The owners could not have been more helpful.  We've stayed in 10 different villas over the years and had the best customer service here, thank you Angela and Theo!  The area is hilly so would recommend visiting the beach, bakery or tavernas in the cooler parts of the day as the 10/15 minute walk was challenging in heat!  We had a car and were able to find good restaurants and supermarkets.  A great holiday, one of our best!

Stylish property ideal for family or group of friends. We had elderly relatives and people in their twenties. The house is spacious enough to allow everyone to chill. Fantastic views from the sitting room and terrace, with a lovely swimming pool. Outdoor barbecue area and a huge table for outside eating as well as one indoors for those who prefer it. There is also a great lounge area on the ground floor with a home cinema setup. The bedrooms are all ensuite and there is a lift from the ground floor to the main living areas, so perfect for anyone with mobility problems. Plenty of parking. There are some good tavernas nearby at the beach and supermarkets and a local market nearby. Athens is about 45 minutes away, so very easy for day trips. The coast along to Cape Sounio n has spectacular scenery and is well worth visiting. The owners are charming and incredibly helpful. They stay nearby, so are on hand to help with any queries. They speak excellent English. Altogether a really good place to stay.

This is  the best holiday I have ever had!   This is a fabulous holiday property to rent for several reasons.   The property itself is amazing and feels like your own private palace.  The rooms are expansive and the windows roll all the way back so you can feel that you are part of the outside while being inside but at the same time there is air conditioning if you are feeling to warm.  

The pool is just fantastic....with an amazing deck all around with load of room.   While swimming or just laying around the deck you have a million dollar view of the Mediterranean sea...the clear blue skies and the wonderful buzzing of the cicadas (summer time of course)....a classic greek sound in the summer.  I still have the image of looking out over the sea when I practice yoga!

The beach is just a short drive away  (5 min drive) to swim in the sea and lay on the warm sand.   

There is a great kitchen if you want to cook and beautifully designed bathrooms!   We shopped and always had breakfast and snacks on hand and then went out for dinners.

Lots of restaurants and grocery stores a short drive away (10 min).    If you want to go and visit Athens for a day you can get there an hour or less.  

We went to downtown Athens one day and had the best souvlaki at Thanasis (dont miss it).   We took a drive out to Souniou and looked at the historic site really hot in the summer though so do it early in the day

There are all kinds day trips you can take if you feel like it

One last thing, the owners of this property are great they speak perfect english, and are hands on and attentive. 

I cannot say enough good things about this property.......just a perfect holiday and I cant wait until my next opportunity to go back because and I will book early so I dont miss out!

Villa Blue Coast

We were fortunate enough to enjoy two weeks this year at the delightful, beautiful Villa Blue Coast. I can not stress enough how lovely this villa is. The pictures don't do it justice. We were on holiday as a family of five from the UK. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by the owner Theodore who gave us a guided tour of the villa and showed us that his wife, Angela, had left us a homemade carrot cake and homemade bread. There was also local honey and olive oil; wine, beer, soft drinks, milk, tomatoes and cheese. This was all delicious and hugely appreciated. The villa is so spacious, lots of room for the children as well as us! The open plan living/dining area is beautiful, the bedrooms were all large with huge wardrobes and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. Towels and toiletries were plentiful and regularly replenished. The cinema room was fantastic. We took a couple of DVDs to watch but there was a selection there also. The outside space is truly magnificent. Everything was clean and there were plenty of chairs/sun loungers etc. The pool was lovely just a little chilly but we did arrive end of March! The views are spectacular and we did enjoy seeing the sun set each evening. Thanks to the modern alarm system we always felt very safe at night. This was welcome as the children were on a different level to us. When we managed to drag the children away from the villa we had an enjoyable day in Athens which was only 40 mins away. We also visited the Temple of Poseidon which I'd definitely recommend to anyone. There were a good selection of restaurants within a short drive away, as well as some lovely beaches. You definitely need to hire a car if you stay at this villa though as you really have to drive to everything. Theodore and Angela were extremely welcoming, always contactable by telephone if we had any questions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Theodore even gave us a guided tour of the surrounding area on our first day so we knew where the supermarket was, nearest town etc etc. This was very much appreciated and saved us having to find out these things for ourselves. If you are thinking about staying at this villa all I can say is - DO IT ! You will not regret it. Just don't do what I did and take lots of toiletries, laundry products, tea/coffee etc. They very generously provide everything you can possibly need.

    Stayed there for more than a month. Initially we were due to leave around the 20th of August, but loved it so much that we had to extend by another week, could not bring ourselves to leave! It's a beautiful house, with a most amazing relaxing view. Waking up in the morning and having coffee outside with that view of the sea is worth a million. The owners are very nice people, were always there to take care of the garden, the pool, the house, and whatever else we needed. Angela would bring in treats such as homemade bread, carrot cake, greek-style marinated fish; the kids absolutely loved it. Would love to go back again one day. Would highly recommend it! Thank you!
