LARGE ELEGANT 2 STOREY FAMILY VILLA NEAR PRISTINE BEACH

"great villa and location” Reviewed September 7, 2015 NEW The owner and the manager were very helpful !! The villa was nice, with 3 big bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is perfect in the middle of Phra Ae beach. I also recommend (thanks to nick the manager) to eat at patty's secret garden just a few steps away those girls are awesome !!

 7 June 2015 We stayed in the villa from (phone number hidden) with 4 adults and 1 Child. We enjoyed the residence in the villa and on Koh Lanta so much, that we will try to book the villa once more. The villa was clean, tidy and optimally equipped. Nick was very helpful and professional. The pool, which is 100 meters away, is also very nice. We have planned to visit Koh Lanta next easter( (phone number hidden) ) again. ( May be 1 or 2 days earlier ) Is it possible to book the villa again ?

HHere is what the Swiss family who stayed for eight days from 11 Nov to 19 Nov. 2014 said in the Reviews. You can pick it up on the Holiday lettings website in French. My translation here. "Superb Villa" "We have just returned from this superb villa - on Ko Lanta. Brilliant location (2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach), close to shops (one of which is a 7/eleven), bars and restaurants! Moreover, the villa being on slightly higher ground affords a sense of calm leaving you to enjoy the two terraces in the evening! We went as a family - 2 couples + one other. The villa did not disappoint and met all our needs with 3 spacious bedrooms - all with airconditioning (which worked perfectly) - each with its own bathroom - in short a dream for us all! Everything is very well cared for - the house is surrounded by greenery - it really is very nice. The owner is charming and goes above and beyond to help with preparations for your arrival and for your stay in Ko Lanta. What more can I say? We had a dream holiday and this house was very much part of that. Thank you again - we will be back. "

17 February 2014 Many thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful villa, the holiday was truly memorable for the whole family. We loved Koh Lanta and I really hope it doesn’t get too overrun by mass tourism as the beaches and laid back attitude makes it a real paradise. I am sure you will continue to have many satisfied guests pass through your doors. Please also thank Nick for his hospitality, he was great and attended to all of our queries straight away. 


Left on Jan 19, 2014 for a stay in Jan 2014 2 people found this review helpful Nice and clean house just 5 min walk from the beach. 3 ensuitE bedrooms with ac. Great for a family or group of friends. Recommended for you who are looking for good, spacy and Central accomadation but who do not need utter luxury. And a very nice owner who did his best to help ever since we first spoke!
