Very spacious apartment, well equipped and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also close proximity to Arroyo and Paloma Park so very well located. Excellent communication with owner and manager, would definitely stay again!

This property is in a small clean, secure & well maintained housing compound only three kilometers from the town centre, the property itself is spotless and very well equiped with all that one needs for a peacefull stress free vacation. The WiFi is an added bonus that is very fast. My wife & I had a very pleasant 8 days in this property and will no doubt opt for renting the house again during future trips to the Hua Hin area.

Both couples who stayed at this property enjoyed there stay.We got what we basically expected.Its as lovely house set on a nice quiet estate.Its set slightly away Hua Hin but is easily accessible by tut tut use same driver get discount. The house it self as everything you need and is easily big enough for 4 adults. The pool is added bonus as when we were there it was very hot.Everything went smoothly from the pick up to us leaving nothing went wrong and got impression Tony the manager would sort anything out anyway. Overall loved the experience different from hotels,and if the chance arose would stay there again.

We were 3 guys looking to play golf for 5 days and have a bit of fun in the evenings. Villa is comfortable, spacious, secure and away from the "maddening crowds", but just a short 10-minute tuk-tuk drive to the town. It has all the modern conveniences that you would need. Great value for money. Will definitely go again. AGP Golf provided an excellent service, picking us and dro pping us off at our leisure. Excellent experience all round.

The location is a bit ‘brits abroad ‘ but great if you want English breakfasts and meals etc. There are more Spanish restaurants not far away, especially in Arroyo where spent most evenings. A lovely apartment - with everything we needed! 5/5 Stayed Jul 2018 susannah s.Manchester UK This was a lovely two bedroom apartment - very clean and clearly well maintained! It is extremely well equipped with everything you will need, from a hairdryer and Iron to bat and ball games for the beach. (Ball games not allowed in the on site pool, which gives a very relaxing atmosphere around the pool!) The air conditioning is fantastic - as it was so hot in July, but the meter needs to be topped up regularly with 1 euros.The kitchen is fully equipped - and milk is always left in the fridge by the previous occupant. The pool area is great because it does not open at the metal gate until 11.00am... it's on a timer. So it means that no one can get in and put towels out on beds really early!! People simply queued at the gate at 10.55am... to get one of the 10 free sunbeds. To be honest though, there were only approx 6 families around the pool each day, so we shared the sunbeds out and it was never busy. The pool was lovely, well maintained by the Caretaker/Gardener guy, along with the toilet block, but he only does this Mon-Fri, so I would avoid the toilet block by the pool at weekends! The apartment is only a few feet away from bars/restaurants (by the green tree in the picture.) Also, the busiest and most popular place to go at the moment is Bonanza square - just after the tree, heaving with people every night! Very handy not to need to get taxis every night!
