Property was very clean had most things you needed, ground were kept nice a short walk to shops and beach just a slight hill on the way back lovely village and good location for getting around island

We stayed 12 nights at Ajoupa 11 in November. The villa was furnished and presented to a high standard, well equipped and clean. We booked this villa as it is not directly opposite the swimming pool, although we used the pool and sunbathing terrace which was very pleasant, we spent more time at the local beach which is only a short walk from the villa, this was a nice walk as you passed the locals residents who were very friendly and helpful, it was nice to chat to them and hear their stories of Barbados. We met Monica on our arrival, she was very helpful. As we arrived late on a Sunday the welcome pack was handy. We particular enjoyed watching the sun set from the bedroom balcony which had views of the Caribbean Sea. After our evenings out we would return to the balcony and relax with a cool drink. We hired a car for 5 days to explore the island and also used the local buses, the bus stops are again a short walk and near to the supermarket, the buses were fairly frequent, we took a bus to Oistins and had a great time enjoying the atmosphere, the food was pretty good too. Holetown which is a short ride away has a number of restaurants and bars which was nice to have such a choice and sample the varied menus. We would highly recommend Ajoupa 11, the villa, location and amenities were perfect for us and we look forward to a return visit soon.

Excellent stay! Me and my husband stayed in the Ajoupa villa 11 for our 3 week holiday and we just looooved the apartment. The whole community is in a good location, within walking distance to the shop, restaurant and bus stop. The area felt like home right from the beginning, the neighbourhood felt safe and all the local people were so friendly. The apartment is so light and beautiful and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We would definitely recommend this place to people who like a nice vacation in a home away from home!! Erica - Jnauary 2014
