Five star review from us . We loved our holiday in Dalyan we didn’t want to leave! 

Paul is very responsive to messages and was very helpful when I was sorting out transfers .

The villa is spacious and sparkly clean . The pool is a great size and again very clean . 
There are games and books at the villa and a small tv . 

The villa is opposite Kiydan Apartments owned by a fabulous chap called Onur who is on hand to help with any problems.
We went on three private trips with Onur and he offered for us to spend the day at his apartments as our flights were late in the evening and we needed to check out of the villa . This meant the kids got and extra pool day . 

A car is not needed , the town centre is a 10 min walk , I believe bikes are available but we didn’t use them . 

Dalyan itself is beautiful, lots of restaurants and bars all cheap or very reasonably priced compared to England.
A highlight for us was watching the Turtles whilst having lunch at The Safran bar .

We bought some ‘ real designer ‘ clothes and shoes , my teenage daughter assures me they are very good fakes . And at prices i was happy to pay .

I highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to come again! 

Villa Orodelea, Dalyan

We've just returned from our first holiday in Turkey and have had a fantastic time.  The villa is well equipped, spacious, clean and is located in a lovely part of Dalyan.  The pool is perfect for cooling down and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio and garden with the view of the Caunos Mountain.  We were very well looked after by Onur from the villa opposite who sorted out our airport transfers and took us out on his boat up to the stunning Koycegiz Lake where we swam and visited the mud baths &amp; hot springs, and down the river to Iztuzu beach.  This was a really special day trip and the freshwater lake is fantastic to swim in.  Onur made us feel welcome to sit on his wonderful roof terrace directly across from our villa to access his wifi, unfortunately the connection can be a little unstable, but there’s an amazing view of the rock tombs and almost all restaurants and cafes in Dalyan have free wifi.  The bikes were ideal for a quick ride into town where there are lots of restaurants, cafes and gift shops.  The town feels very safe and friendly and has a variety of small supermarkets and shops for essentials.  Our favourite places for evening meals were those along the river bank to spot turtles and fish swimming by as you eat, and the views across the river are lovely.  The owner Paul is very quick to respond to any queries and offer useful advice about getting around and other general enquiries which was very helpful.

This villa is gorgeous and in the perfect location. The owner Paul was great keeping in touch and making sure we got the best from it. Paul has a good friend that looked after us by organising trips for us and doing the airport transfers as well all very reasonably priced. 
The only negative for me was that there is no free WIFI at the villa. To get it you have to leave the grounds of the property cross over to Onurs property and sign onto his WiFi. A small but significant inconvenience especially if your with kids that live their lives on social media, posting Snapchat’s and taking selfies. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and once again Dalyan gave us the best holiday.

We stayed in this villa for three weeks in August and it offered everything we could have wanted, and more.
We have always stayed in the Gulpinar area of Dalyan so this was the first time at the other end - and Villa Orodelea occupies the most fantastic position in the village: quiet, yet just a 15 minute stroll into the main part of the town (there are plenty of fantastic little places to eat and drink hidden away just a couple of minutes away, including the fabulous Melek Anne which does a particularly amazing breakfast).
Just a stone’s throw from the river, the villa has fantastic views of Caunos and the rock tombs which are lit up at night and offer a beautiful view from the balconies.
The villa itself is, in our opinion, the best in town; it is not overlooked at all and is set in lovely, established garden with the pool out the front of the house, offering all-day sun, but plenty of shady areas – our particular favourite spot was under the palm trees.
We were a family of five, but there is certainly enough space for at least eight (if not more), with plenty of sun loungers and dining chairs.  There is a second lounge/spare bedroom on the ground floor, which we didn’t use, but would more options to a bigger party.
The main open-plan lounge and dining room is fabulous and airy and the kitchen has everything you could need, including full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, full oven and water cooler – for 6tl, large water bottles can be delivered from town. A separate utility area has washing machine, pegs etc, and there’s plenty of DVDs, books and games, flippers, goggles, inflatables.
Bedrooms are huge with large balconies and plenty of storage space – we also took advantage of the camp-bed for our then three-year-old to sleep in our room. Bathrooms, again, everything you could need – power showers and lots of hot water.
The villa was spotlessly clean and a lovely lady came and changed sheets and towels each week. There is also a plentiful supply of pool towels, saving on luggage space.
We took advantage of the bikes (and hired another with a child seat) enabling us to nip back and forth to the town in a few minutes – we also took them across to the other side for a trip to the ruins, courtesy of the rowing boat people.
Communication with Paul was fantastic throughout the booking process, arrival and during our stay – any queries are answered very quickly.
We had already decided before the end of our holiday that we would not want to stay anywhere else – so here’s looking forward to next year.

This is an exceptionally bright and airy spacious villa with the advantage of having a totally separate fully equipped kitchen, having good size bedrooms with balconies all with air con and 3 large showers with impressive water pressure! 
Situated in a picturesque and quiet area but with all amenities close by ideal for a relaxing holiday! 
It is set in a very large garden with swimming pool surrounded by many areas for sunbathing or eating in the shade. 
We would highly recommend this villa for couples and families alike and we will certainly be returning in the near future.

I want to thank you for all your communications throughout our booking process. The Villa was everything we hoped it would be!! We are considering booking it next year. It was in a perfect location, quite, but only minutes from the main strip,.It is sooo spacious there were only four of us staying there, but  it felt so roomy. Onur from Villa Kiydan was really helpful with all our questions.
Your neighbour next door was also helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend your Villa to family and friends anytime

An absolutely perfect holiday in a perfect resort in a perfect villa.

We went as a family of four plus grandparents in August 2014 and wanted for nothing all week during our stay.  The villa is just right for a family or couple of families and is in a great location just a short walk from the town centre and just across the road from a quiet apartment complex, the owner of which is a helpful, friendly point of contact during your stay.

Its a modern, clean, place to stay with lovely decor and all the facilities you could ever need from a home from home.

The couple who own the villa are professional, yet very, very friendly, and we had good contact and communication from and with them before and after our stay so that everything went silky smooth from start to finish.

Cannot recommend Villa Orodelea in Dalyan enough - We got back home this weekend just gone and are already making plans for a return visit next year!

Ive given the villa 5 stars as it is really hard to fault. We stayed 2 weeks at the end of May and it was a superb holiday. Our first time in Dalyan and what a really lovely little town. Very relaxing, stunning setting, great food and such friendly, genuine people.

Paul the owner of the villa was extremely helpful with all the arrangements and having Onur in the villas across to rd to help with anything was a great touch. His brothers boat trip was a lovely day out and in the nicest boat in town.

The villa is set in a quiet end of town about 10 mins walk which we didnt mind at all as it was a nice walk. Even with kids it was ok (take a buggy though as its a little bit far if they are little). The pool and views were magnificant. We were in and out of the pool every day and as there was only one house next to the villa (unoccupied at the time) it was nice and private.

The villa itself was very clean and a great size and perfect for our family. The wifi worked just about from Onurs villa across the rd so that is probably the only thing we could have done with - a slightly faster reception. Maybe a larger TV but thats nitpicking! When we used to walk back to the villa Emma always kept saying to me well done for picking it, I think its the nicest in town. Admittedly its not the grandest as theres some whoppers in Dalyan but it is lovely and in a nice spot.

All in all we had a very happy holiday and Id not hesitate in recommending this Villa to anyone.
