Lovely villa and had a great time in the pool. Location was a bit out of the way but we expected that and hired a car for the week which was a must. Had a fnatastic time and would recomend tis villa for families

It was unpleasant stay because :

11/1/2016 (arrival date ) : - entry password incorrect in confirmation email!
                                         - another customer knock the door having the same booking details as us in the same villa &amp; date !
                                         - swimming pool heater is broken.
12/1/2016 : - swimming pool heater still broken.
13/1/2016 : - swimming pool heater replaced around 2:00 pm.
14/1/2016 : - A lot of water leaking from the kitchen ceiling.
                    - swimming pool water still cold can't swim
                    - Water leaking reduced but not stopped.
                    - no hot water in the kitchen so no Washing machine can be used.
15/1/2016 : - swimming pool water is ok so we can swim.
                    - Water leaking still dropping.
                    - at 6:30 electric burning smell from the main witch.
                    - swimming pool heater turned off to reduce the electricity overload.
16/1/2016 : - swimming pool water cold again because heater is off.
17/1/2016 :  ( departure date ) at 9:00 am with 1 day swimming only.

Very nice apartment, suited for 6-7 persons. Very friendly and supportive personnel. We really enjoyed the stay in the villa and especially also our little dog (Harley) likes the area as well.

We stayed at the Medlock Villas in Springs last week and couldnt help but tell others of how wonderful our stay was. 

We were greeted by a member of staff who showed us to our Villa. The villa was located directly opposite a lake which had stunning views of Sky scrapers. 

The villa itself was very well furnished and suitable to accommodate our large family of 8. The location was ideal as it was located only a minutes walk from the shopping centre and 5 mins drive to Sheikh Zayed Rd. 

The overall stay was amazing, and I look forward to my next stay with Medlock Villas. 

Highly recommended.

A very clean, well equipped Villa with easy access to shops, malls, beach and supermarkets. Important facts to consider are that you really need a car with this property as they are working on the roads outside the compound which makes it difficult to walk. However, from the house there is a lovely walk around the lake, which provides a very picturesque setting from the front of the house, and a play park near by which is great for kids. Loads of facilities and malls near by, but it does back on to a busy road which is only a problem due to a bit of noise in the day. The back garden with a beautiful pool is totally walled in and secure, so no issues there. Extremely polite and helpful cleaning staff do an excellent job in changing bedding and cleaning the villa top to toe once a week. Town centre with a lovely supermarket Spinneys, gorgeous tea room Shakespears and a star bucks and MacDonalds only 5 minute drive away. Little supermarket just over the road (but I never tried crossing the road as it was not that straight forward). Each week the pool is cleaned at least once, the plants and garden tended to and there is always someone on the end if the phone if you need anything. Huge fridge freezer and water cooler in kitchen. Easily sleeps 6. Lovely big master suite with balcony and en suite, two other good sized rooms. Light, airy and open. There are nicer properties in Dubai I am sure, but you will pay through the nose for them and this one is in a very sought after area, reasonably priced with everything you can possibly need on just a short ride away.

Medlock have given my family a fantastic service right from the first call to the moving in process, and then looking after us during our month long stay. 

They have been easy and flexible to do business with and the apartment itself is excellent spacious, new, clean and furnished to a high standard. 

The support we had from them while living in the house was also very responsive. Not only did they kindly prepare for our arrival with items for our child, such as High chair and baby cot, but they were extremely responsive if there were any queries or problems that needed fixing. The way in which their worker on the ground in Dubai came in to clean the house and change the bedding on a weekly basis was very respectful of our privacy, and the job he did was always first class. 

I would not hesitate to recommend Medlock to any of my colleagues at work or friends that are in the same position as we are, in transition to relocating to Dubai, to use Medlock’s professional services.

We stayed at the Springs at the end of Feb 2011 for a week. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 children under 5. The villa is a decent size and easily coped with our party size. The master bedroom is large with the two other bedrooms both also decent sizes. The villa is nicely equipped with all youd need for a week in the sun. Outside the garden/pool area is nice and simple but still well equipped with sun loungers, large table chairs and a BBQ. The secure nature of the rear garden makes for a good environment for children to play and allows you to watch over them from the comfort of the sun lounger. 

With regards to location the setting by the lake (to the front) is nice and very pleasant to walk around. A hire car is essential if you want to venture to the many tourist areas of Dubai. This is not to say that the villa is out in the sticks as across the main road to the rear of the property you will find a small supermarket complex and a couple of restaurants/takeaways. 

All in all a good week in the sun. We would certainly consider returning to Dubai after a positive week at the Springs.
