We spent a very nice and quet holidays with a small baby in this flat. The beach is very close (about 5 minutes walk), the swiming pool is just outside the building. The appartments are very spacious with big terrace. The furniture is not new but in a good condition. We didnt meet the owner during our stay peronally but she helped us with all our needs via phone. Overal: good value for money. Thank You for a nice time!

<p>Hi I would like to provide you with the following feedback as customer and also as responsible person: I would never recommend this place for anyone due to the following reasons: &amp;nbspI emailed the owner and asked her about the distance between the apartment and the airport , my email was not responded to and didn&amp;rsquot answer the question.The apartment was big but that was not the issue water pressure at level 13 was really poor we all were struggling to take a bath, shower or while cooking On the actual web site there was info about nearest supper market in which we couldnt find till half way of our stay by the time we knew it was too late, there were no guidance of advice available. Addition to the distance and isolation from Dubai city it cost us triple by paying huge amount of our holiday budget just for transport by (Taxi) as it&amp;rsquos the only way to travel, NO shuttles or buses we also tried to accommodate our self by ordering some shopping to be delivered to our apartment in which again we had to order 3 times, they keep missing items every single time it was a total nightmare. We booked the apartment from 22nd march till 29th March we couldnt stay more than 3 days we decided to leave the apartment and move out due to all above reasons Its wasn&amp;rsquot a good experience. A great studio with amazing sea view, all like in the pictures and even more. Beautiful pools, not far from the sea, near is food shop.

The villa is very nice. It need extra toilet upstairs. No cleaning was done when we checked in. Jacuzzi was very dirty and was cleaned later. Neighbour is not child freindly at all, uncivilized and rude. Good supervision is needed.

The Villa was quite spacious and comfortable and nicely laid out. On the whole it was a lovely stay and we did have some initial teething issues with the plumbing (sink blockages, pipe leaks) however these were quickly sorted out by the Representative/maintenance team who were on hand to resolve the problem. The Jacuzzi/Swimming Pool was actually a Jacuzzi however there was a communal pool a few minutes walk away for anyone who fancied swimming several lengths and the water was always nice and Cool in this Pool. The kids spent most days in the communal Pool.

The location of the Villa in the village was also convenient as were were right next to the Al Hamrya Mall with a good selec tion of shops.

If I do visit this part of the UAE again, I will definitely look to stay here again as our stay was enjoyable and relaxing.

Luxury Studio Apartment with breathtaking views

Lovely comfortable studio with absolutely stunning views. The studio was spacious and well equipped, and tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard.  The lovely large balcony was a real asset., and the beach was just a short walk away. The property managers were approachable, friendly and helpful,and any problems that arose were immediately rectified. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
