A stunning villa, top class service right from initial booking enquiry to the holiday itself - could not fault anything! Highly recommended - we will be back!

House was nice overall. But was not cleaned or towels changed as often as stated. The meet and greet was good and he was very charming and helpful. It was noisy at times with a party next door and traffic noise. It was a shame there were many electricity outages and rain storms. Restaurants nearby were closed most of time. It would have been nice to have had prior knowledge that we had to pay for the taxi 1200baht when leaving to avoid embarrassment at our next resort. They would have picked us up but we were under the impression from the owner we only need to pay the extra mileage as per her email to us. Overall it was a nice holiday. Dont think I would return. Very nice villa in a quiet area and close to the beach. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and are there if needed. I will come back and recomend this villa.

Een strand op loopafstand en een paar heerlijke restaurantjes, winkel voor boodschappen, tourbureau en massage salons voor de deur. De ontvangst en sevice van de staf is super en heel persoonlijk. Stay here if you can!! This is such a beautiful house with every little detail thought out. Book this house if you can! Soft lovely bedding, fully stocked utensils and even a lovely welcome pack which was very appreciated. The furniture is confortable, everything worked and the outdoors is locely. Jacquie goes over and beyond for her guests and makes you feel like home and really cares about her guests. The house is located around a 7min walk to the beach but there are restaurants, massage shops, laundry and even a gym and Muay Thai gym nearby. We ended up using the driver almost every day who the villa use to bring you to the house as he was very reasonable and reliable. We loved our stay, thank you so much. Highly recommend house and we hope to be back!

Just lovely! We had lots of correspondence with the owner Jacquie and once there Gaynor the manager, Mr Chicken the driver and the villa staff took great care of us. The villa was fresh, clean, well equipped and the pool and garden area are fantastic! The kids loved the pool and we loved relaxing around the pool. Beach close by, little shops, good food and topped off with a couple of massages and the bonus of the Elephant Sanctuary not too far away. Great holiday

They stay at BTT3 was lovely and in line with what we were looking for. A small quiet, neighborhood tucked away in Samui with everything you need in walking distance. The house itself is lovely with a good sized pool and ample sun. We had a medical emergency during our trip and Jacquie and her team were super helpful - and we were grateful to them for helping us through it all. We would definitely return here again.
