Had a great stay here.. no complaints.. would recommend this for small to large families. Kay was great and dealt with any issues we had in a very timely manner.. private pool was spot on and kept the kids occupied. The villa is very modern, felt very safe as secured well and the private beech was only a few minutes walk...  5 mins and your into pattaya. Very cost effective alternative to a hotel. Will definitely go back in the future.. thankyou

The security was very good with gated access in and out and constant patrols by the security guards 
The beach was a two minute walk and was very private

This was our 3rd booking in majestic residence. Kay was very helpful to us again. The terrace around the pool needs to be refurbished. This will be done told Kay.
Really nice and quiet place for relaxing holiday.

Great villa with everything you need. Short taxi ride into Beach Rd and Walking Street. The clubhouse mentioned in the advert has since closed and restaurants were not within easy walking distance as it was up and down hill so not an easy stroll. There were only two towels and I would have liked another one each for the pool, however I didn't ask so can't comment if we would have gotten more or not. I would still stay here again though as the villa and pool were great. If staying here I suggest buying mozzie coils.

NO REGULAR 10 BAHT BUS BUT MOTORBIKE TAXIS AT  THE MAIN GATE AVAILABEL 80 BAHT TO WALKING ST ETC
ABOUT SAME TO JONTIEN BEACH 
TOP OF THE ROAD IS BIG BUDDA 
GATE TO NICE BEACH AT BOTTOM OF RESORT
SECURITY VERY GOOD AND SAFE
MOTOR BIKE RENTAL FROM DEE RENTALS ABOUT 1800 BAHT FOR ON MONTH DEPENDS ON SIZE
WOULD RECOMMEND BUT  BOOK WELL IN ADVANCE
