We have owned the apartment for about 15 years and purchased it to enjoy in our retirement and for our children and grandchildren to enjoy. We chose this apartment because of its safety features, being a gated complex and in a residential area. We enjoy the location and the peacefulness and our kids certainly enjoy its closeness to other places and amenities. In spite of being peaceful it is easy to visit the beach, La Zenia shopping mall, local golf courses and of course Torrevieja’s night life.
