VILLA WASON

We are 2 adults and 2 children - We chose this Villa as it stood out from the rest, the pictures looked great when we arrived in the early hours feelings changed,  as we have two small children the only thing we could do was hire a car which cost us £140 for a week.

Villa
The Villa itself was lovely everything you need pool was great (cold) as the building that’s being built blocked quite a bit of sun, stair-light didn’t work.

Builders
We were woken on 1st Oct at 8 am after only arriving at 2 am by builders making a lot of noise which seemed to carry on an on throughout the week which is not what we paid for.

The English people we met were great helped us a lot as the Turkish people didn’t speak or  smile we didn’t feel welcome as other places in Turkey we have been the Turkish people couldn’t do any more for.
Metro cars helped us a lot we would recommend these also Panda Company that book trips were fab, Try 12 Island boat trip what a great day.
All in All would not come back to Dalaman, maybe would have had a better time if the builders were not there.

Villa Wason 3 Bedroom Detached Villa with Private Pools

We wanted to say what a lovely Villa you have the location peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery.

If staying at the villa we would recommend a car as we were able to visit many beautiful sites in Turkey. After visiting the busy sites in Turkey we were glad to relax in our own peaceful Villa.
The Villa itself is very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and many more useful products. It felt as if we went from home to home. I would recommend activities such as quad biking, 12 Island boat trip, Turkish Baths, Oludeniz and MArmaris Markets.
We would once again like to thanks you for letting us stay in your villa. We could not have asked for a more perfect accommodation and location ?

We are two adults and two children stayed 3 weeks in Turkey (one week at Villa Wason).

The villa is well furnished, comfortable and spacious the only missing thing was the internet connection. We were spending 2 hours daily at the internet café to talk to our kids in London. Anyway our stay in Villa Wason was wonderful and relaxing. (Kids enjoyed the pools)

Mr Ali cleaned the pools daily between 08:30 and 9:00 am he is a very polite guy...
We would like to thank Dele and Tracy very much for letting us stay at their house they are very nice people and good communicators.

We have booked to come back next summer (2012 for 3 weeks)

We are a family of two adults and one teenager &amp; have had a wonderful  week stay at Villa Wason.

The villa is comfortable &amp; spacious and scenery is stunning. We first arrived to the villa to see work on a 3 story villa located directly behind Villa Wason, we were worried that the builders would disturb us and make our holiday not as peaceful as we had expected…..But as the week flew by it didn’t bother us at all. They were fine. Though towards the end of the second week polystyrene was flying into the pool but Ali came and cleaned it out for us and also topped up the pool.

For the 1st week we hired a car and went exploring towns nearby dalaman. We visited Gocek, Fetihye, and oludeniz &amp; also ortaca go karting great fun. The blue lagoon (oludeniz) is a beautiful beach and that’s where you can do Para-gliding &amp; water sports, for cheap prices.

All in all our stay at Villa Wason was wonderful &amp; relaxing and we will be hoping to visit again sometime next year.

Transfers
Including these as part of the package is a great idea but a worrying start greeted us when Metro Cars did not having a baby seat in the car, but we did get here safely.

Stunning villa well-appointed well-furnished and comfortable with everything and more that was described on the website. It really does have everything you need.

Dalaman
Possibly the friendliest town we have ever visited the locals are great the scenery is stunning the location is spot on for the relaxing, tranquil break we had experienced.

Building works were taking place next to villa wason which was a problem as it was every day with between 3-12 builders banging, drilling and shouting from 8am – 8pm. The scenario was not what was described to us and not what we paid for.  I spoke to dele and Tracy about this problem and compensation was given.

Out and about
Sarigerme beach is beautiful and is a must see, Marmaris is like any other tourist destination very busy and full of Brits!  The beach AND Aqua park at Challis is about 30km are great and worth a visit.

Food.
Buy as much fresh food from the market as you can very cheap and very tasty. Visit Kenan (Cenar Restaurant) (About a 10 minute walk or free pick up) the self-style mayor emperor of Dalaman he will look after you very well and will dro p you home after you have sampled the traditional Turkish food…Don’t let him pour you a Raki!!!!

Overall.
We would return to Dalaman for many years to come it is paradise….after the builders leave!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your Villa. What a stunner, when we first came we had Thunder, Lightning the works, then the weather changed for the better, it was lovely, peaceful &amp; Tranquil, Relaxing. 

Then the builders came and started to break up hard-core what a mess. Dust flying everywhere we couldn’t swim in the pool for a day and a half and had to stay indoors. Then came Ali what a godsend he cleaned the pool out completely, our privacy has ended. Tony has been a gem. Thanks a lot Tony and “Jack”

We are a party of two teenagers and one 3 year old, we had a two week stay for our first time in Turkey, the Villa is fab, what more could we ask for.  We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves by the pool and the girls enjoyed playing in the pool.

Ali the pool man attended daily at 9am and cleanded/maintained the pool and the grounds, he is polite un-instructive and very efficent in his work.

Metro Cars are very efficent and competiviley priced and we would recommend them!

A great holiday, we will miss this upon our return to England we will be keeping an eye on the property market in this location.

To Dele and Tracy 
We have spent a week at Villa Wason and it has been a wonderful week, great views, lovely people, and most of them will say hello back to you.  There are some lovey restaurants in Dalaman, The Cinar restaurant will pick you up and drop you off for free or you can walk as its only a 5-10 minute walk from villa and you can cook your own food if you wish as there is a BBQ at the end of each table.   The Nar restaurant also only 15-20 minute walk into town the owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming the food is top quality and has 5 star by everybody on Facebook.  Both restaurants are reasonably priced and have free wifi!  The pool man Ali came every morning and is is very helpful and friendly.  At the villa there is now a movie box which holds up to 500 films which we found very helpful as we are a family of 6.  In our opinion you should hire a car to see the rest of beautiful Turkey we had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Thanks Del and Tracy xxx

Thank so much for letting us stay in Villa Wason. It was perfect in every way. The weather was perfect.  We really enjoyed the stunning views around the villa and how peaceful it is around it.  The locals are friendly and helpful.  We also met English people who live in Dalaman at Cinar restaurant along with the owner Kenan we were invited out on the 12 Island Boat trip which was a lovely day outthey even arranged a party package when they found out it was Dan birthday.  We went to the Akkaya gardens restaurant which was absolutely breath taking scenery and the setting up in one of the Nest tables in the tree was private and romantic...and Dan even got down on one knee and proposed which made me the happiest woman and topped off an amazing holiday.  We cant wait to come back and will certainly be regulars to Villa Wason!  Tip for people not hiring a car it is easy to get around local bus depot in town will take you to other areas in Turkey and there is a service bus at the local supermarket Sevikoglu just ask at checkout and they will take you right back to villa for FREE. Thank you for a great holiday in Dalaman , as we mentioned in the guestbook we were more than delighted with your beautiful villa , car rental is a must though as Dalaman isnt a tourist area , but the freedom with a car is great allowing us to go see Marmaris , Fethiye , Sarigerme ,  Dalyan and others but then come back to the peaceful little piece of heaven ,Villa Wason. Locked ourselves out one day , a gust banged the door but your neighbours across the street ( he works in Hilton) kindly phoned Metro cars , who phoned Deniz who in turn was there in a jiffy ! All in all great. 

Collie my husband and Ali the pool man were great friends although they didnt understand a word of what each was saying!

Caitlin loved the pool , Jake loved it too. We may visit again in the near future
