The villa is easy to find if you have a sat nav, a car is essential as the nearest town is a few miles drive away and there are not any local facilities. The villa is very well equipped and very clean, there is a very handy pool room with barbecue (charcoal), beer fridge, washing machine, kitchen sink and plastic plated &amp; glasses for use around the pool. 

The villa has air con in all of the rooms although we only needed it one day when it was 40 degrees outside. There are loads of DVD's and also an X box and a Wii but no satellite TV. The wifi is very good.

On arrival we were delighted with the property, very clean, great facilities and a real home from home. A bit unusual to have the property manager walk in through the front door without knocking! Unfortunately we were told (on arrival) that the steps leading to the house and the ground floor bedrooms were slippy when your feet were wet and that it was recommended that we only use the steps in the area with grip tape on the floor. This is a small proportion of the steps (approx 2 1/2 ft wide). This made the use of the pool area a little concerning as we had our daughters with us and we had to keep reminding them to walk on the tape. The property manager brought a workman to fix the internet and insisted that he only used the steps with the grip tape (this workman had dry shoes on), obviously there had been previous issues.

All in all, a great villa, however, due to the one issue of the steps I would not recommend the villa as family friendly. This could be easily and cheaply sorted but has been overlooked. A real shame.
Finally, the only other small point was that five tiles worked loose at the bottom of the pool. Again not a major problem, I was a little disgruntled by the reaction of the property manager who inferred that we had somehow done this(!!). The manager then stated that the owner was due on the day of our departure and so the pool would have to be out of use for a day whilst it was drained and repaired. I asked if this could be done on the owners time and not ours. This did not go down well and we eventually compromised by agreeing that on our last day the pool would be drained first thing in the morning to allow the work to be done prior to the owners arrival.
Last day was interesting, with the property manager starting to clean and tidy before our departure, definitely felt that we were in the way.

Lovely villa with beautiful outlooks all around. Huge grounds again well maintained and spotless.  Quiet urbanisation with friendly neighbours. This was exactly what we were looking for. The pool was spotless and the tennis court was used every day for hours by us all - this is a real bonus for families.  The house was immaculate and well maintained with ample kitchen utensils etc for a large family. We will definitely be returning to this villa.

BEST VILLA EVER. 
We stayed at this villa from 11th june - 18th June 2013 there was 5 adults 2 babys and 2 children. The owner arranged the cots and high chairs for us. When we arrived everything was perfect very clean it all looked new. There was a lovely welcome pack of tea milk some food and drink for us that we were very thank full for as arriving tired. The couple Delia and Roy that help look after the villa were very friendly and came over with a gift of fresh fruit for us on the second day. They were also very heplful on giving us directions to local supermarkets, restrants and attractions. they also left a games console/Dvd`s and pool toys for our children to use. The local town is very spanish so take a translator with you. Everyone in the town seemed very friendly and helpful even thoe we didnt know much spanish. Overall 10 out of 10 from booking to leaving couldnt find 1 fault. A really big thankyou to Delia, Roy and the owner Jay for making our holiday perfect and we will love to return soon.

We have recently returned to the UK after spending two fantastic weeks at Casa Tianah. You are always worried when you book a villa based on a few pictures on the Internet  that it wont live up to the expectation you have, I can happily say that our expectations were surpassed. 

The greatest compliment that I can pay the villa is that we would happily recommend it to friends and family and would love to return next year. 

The tennis court and pool were well used during our stay and the air-conditioned villa was a great retreat when the temperature got too much. The rooms were nicely decorated and the villa was spotlessly clean throughout. The local villages are only a short car journey away  to stock up with the essentials needed for our stay.

Overall 10 out of 10.

We found the villa fantastic, very spacious and with everything we needed the villa gave us peace of mind with its ample security and the pool and poolhouse were the focal point to our holiday. Roy and Delia were really helpful with information and directions to the local supermarkets. You do need a car as there is nothing within walking distance but the local village about 2-3kms away has a beautiful bakery a small supermarket and a shop that sells English papers and the locals are so friendly. The air conditioning was essential and kept the villa cool when needed however it was disappointing to find that only one remote had working batteries to control all 5 units. On arrival we were told that the villa did not actually have Sky or Cable as advertised however there was a TV and DVD player with a selec tion of DVDS to use . We would recommend this villa to anyone who requires a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Having previously stayed in Casa Millie-Mai up the road we knew to have high expectations and we werent dissapointed. The villa is lovely and was just right for us 6 adults with enough space to live but not too much that you rattle around....and lets face it outdoors is where its at anyway. The pool is great with sunbeds provided for soaking up the rays but there is also a lovely shaded sitting area by the main door to cool off (if youre still too hot the air conditioning works a treat). The pool bar is superb with its built in barbecue and was a focal point for the evenings. The local village has a small supermarket with a great butcher and a market every Wednesday and theres a large supermarket 10 miles away. The arrangements were easy as Glenn was very helpful and called before we left to give us some tips etc. All in all a lovely villa and a wonderful relaxing holiday in the sun.

If you want a peacefull location then this is ideal.  It was all  that we had expected and more.....The villa was stunning, everything you needed was there. We all had a super time and would definately come again.

However...next time we will bring hand luggage only !!!

We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing break at Casa Tianah. The Villa was clean, very well appointed and a cool oasis during a mini heatwave.
One thing I must add is that the location is remote (which suited us just fine) A car is essential. If you want vibrant nightlife and sea views this is not for you - if you want a tranquil modern Villa with stunning mountain views in a rural location with a great facilities then I can thoroughly recommend a visit.

we had a fantastic time the villa was first class well furnished and very clean.the pool was also kept clean and looked after during our stay by roy and delia who were very helpful and friendly.we would go back again.
